I bought a Tracy Anderson workout DVD in Glasgow.:j There were others as well - they're getting prepared for new year's resolutions, seems so! Also seen lots of DVDs and books for kids, if you have children in family, I'm sure it's worth a look around!:snow_laug

edit: almost forgot my bargain find: Osiris Avise BB cream!
I've never used a BB cream before but seems it covers my wide pores nicely. I'm definitely satisfied with the result and it has UV protection as well. Found only in light shade though (on Dumbarton Road).

Just bought the Festive Tablecover with sew-in backing and taken it out of the bag and it has a nasty smell.

It is currently on the washing line - in the hope that the smell will go away - but I thought I would warn anybody else thinking about buying this tablecloth.
Strange you should say this, I had a similar experience with a picnic mat from the 99p shop this year. Luckily I realised before I paid for it, so put it back where it belonged - not in my house!

  • as usual poundland Horsham has neither the Inbetweeners book or the Christmas at the cupcake caf! book
  • I bought some of the very large boxes of these in poundland today. Mr Simms sweet shop and the wonka shop in Alton towers charge about £3.99 for this size box. They are dated July 2015 so not due to short date!

Sorry for the title, damn auto correct!
  • Thanks - got some nerds and gobstoppers today. Also got some small bags of Thorntons mixed choc Snowdo/Snowman shapes.

I bought a box of these just for myself while shopping last week. Be aware that there are only 5 varieties ( 4 x 2 the same and one extra) 9 chocolates in total. Nice as a wee extra to pop in though.
