Has anyone seen any annuals in poundland yet ? I haven't seen any yet. Last year I got the lego, angry, birds and a few others was hoping for the same deals this year.

    Bumper haul from Basingstoke today:
Cello bags and ribbons - blue ones and red ones with Christmassy design near gift bags.
    Sally Hansen Magnetic nail polish
Revlon - chameleon - a couple of different shades
Lots of other Revlon polish to feed my addiction.

I'm sure I've seen them quite recently in Walthamstow. I'm going to the shops at some point tomorrow so will take a look and let you know.

Thanks, if they're there tomorrow I'll be there too.

After all, what's the point of doing your roots if you can't show them off? :D

Sorry for the late reply, been lazy all weekend and didn't get to the shops until this afternoon!

You're in luck, Walthamstow has loads of hair doughnuts. Black brown and blonde, small medium and large. :D
Public appearances now involve clothing. Sorry, it's part of my bail conditions.

Bought two different annuals yesterday from the Westwood Cross store - the Little Princess and Mister Maker. Also saw Rimmel Crackle top coat nail vanish both in white and royal blue. Not sure how the Rimmel one compares to the OPI (found in Poundworld).
  • Founds some light up cocktail glasses in poundland today, just like these:

    Same box and everything.

They are pretty bright and have three modes, one where the light blinks on and off, one that is a bit more strobe like and one where the light is solidly on.

They come in a two pack. They had martini style glasses and margarita style glasses.

I was really pleased cause someone had asked me for cocktail stuff for xmas :)

They also had 3 shades of the sally hanson magetic nail vanish, dark blue, dark silver and a sort of browny colour. Last time I used something made by them it split my nails vertically, but I shall try again. I am a little nervous, wish me luck!
So so SO tired of being ripped off, and mislead
    Hope sharing saves some pain.

Goodness - those are horrendous! _pale_
  • I really like them, they are bluer in real life, but I do like most things that glow. Each to their own I guess :)

Fill it up with a G&T, stick a strobe light on and watch it glow as you dance in your boob tube :D
