I bought one of those mushroom packs and have a feeling I am going to end up with one rather expensive mushroom!

    Me too,but it's given us a laugh :)

Many of the items mentioned earlier are in the Darlo store, including the Harvey Nicks chocolate cherry cookies. Also Fox's biccies on a 3 for £2, including divine plain chocolate Chunkies and 24 McVities Jaffa Cakes

Some Palmolive Aromatherapy shower gels -these are really nice.

Big bottles of spray and wipe Dettol floor cleaner - this is £2.79 on Ocado. I've used this before and like it.
Taxi caramel wafers - 9 pack- a skinnier, cheaper version of Tunnocks, not as nice but still very nice!

A new range of scarves and summery bits, tiny mock-Crocs for small children, not sure how healthy these are for feet, but so cute.
A range of printed children's bags inc. one looking very much like Shaun the Sheep.

2 1 litre sports cap bottles of Nestle's water along with the usual '2 for £1' bottles

This week's fruit bushes were blackcurrant and gooseberry, mostly. These are as you enter the store and not with the other gardening stuff.

I brought that Maybelline mascara and it's actually really good. I went back and got some more so I ended up with x2 brown and x2 blue.

The blue is more of a teal like colour - not electric blue. Lovely stuff

I bought a brown one and it smudged underneath my eyes.

Wahoo! I got Venus fly traps. I found this page to be very informative and helpful, with points I haven't seen in other sites: http://www.mycarnivore.com/venus-fly-trap-care.php

Do you think water from my Brita filter is OK, rather than de-ionised water? Sorry if it's a dumb question and sorry for the slight thread hijack.

I'd have more Poundland finds for you but my boyfriend barely lets me browse. He shops at "man speed", ie, one minute to find, grab, and pay for item. :o

    Poundland in Canterbury had some good bits in today, I was in a bit of a rush but some good stuff I remember seeing included;

    - lumber back supports, the mesh type ones that you can attach to chairs and use in cars. It's a basic style one but I am using it and it seems to be doing the trick so far :) They were on the bottom shelf with all the car stuff.
    - Hand puppets, simple ones but cute :) They had monkey, Hippo and Elephant.
    - Harpic power plus toilet cleaner
    - Mr Potato Head wooden lift out puzzles
    - Loads of Mr Men & Little Miss Books
