Just managed to read all of your thread and just wanted to say how inspired i was by it all! I dont have a lot of money left for the next two weeks (altho i have a little bit more than £9 and have this much left because i bought stuff for hols and left myself no spares..) and i thought i was going to struggle but i should be fine, would never have thought this before reading your thread!
Makes you realise how much you can manage without as well!

Jo sweetie there was a thread on here about what you would buy for a £1
Cant find the link but some people could manage so many meals on £1 it was incredible.
Maybe someone on here knows the link.
But I think the gist was asda own brand and Mr T's value brand and there was great meal ideals it was fab,
But as usual Im the dumb blonde who has no idea how to find any of those cool threads I read.
But honestly once you read it babe £4 will seem like a fortune

hiya lysasparkles. i am sure you will be fine. Last Monday i was to bury, but friends on here helped me through and to date. I have £3.10 to last 3 days wooooo hooooo I am rich.
I have just come back from a walk to my local shopping center and I just cant believe the change in me. Now this change may be due to the fact that money is limited, very limited. BUT I had no interest in looking at non essential and even the none essential, I was reluctant to go to the cash out until i was convinced I had the best value for money. :T :T :T NEVER thought i would be like this. But Friday will tell when i have £800 in the bank   . Keep me posted with how your doing and if you want to pm me with anything private please do. I could not have done this without my daily chat and support.

That's good.
It's odd, but they used to be automatically shown. When people are joining lately, showing avatars seems to be disabled by default until you change the setting. Very strange.
