    HI all :)
    Happy Saturday!

I'm feeling a bit lost at the moment - what with the holidays and not having much on so I think I need to have a to do list and maybe that'll help me get a bit more sorted and feel a little more in control. I do want to go see a friend today, but will have to see if she's up to it, as she had her wisdom teeth out the other day.

So today I really need to:

    *[STRIKE]Sort kitchen:[/STRIKE]
    *[STRIKE]Wash up[/STRIKE]
    *[STRIKE]Put washing in[/STRIKE]
    *[STRIKE]Sweep kitchen and living room[/STRIKE]
*Put away piles of clean clothes
*Unpack suitcase from last week (!!)
*Begin to sort kids toys and get rid of lots - maybe when they are asleep though!

Ah well. Sitting here isn't getting anything done, eh?

Well, didn't get much done as was sidetracked by going to the park and scrapbooking!! :)
Now farting around on here! Just can't stop myself :D

    Hi Sea

Well, thats not bad for a Saturday list! And we all fart around on here, don't we - if we're in on a Saturday night, what else are we going to do? Well, I had Sharpe/Sean Bean on the tv, but you know what I mean! Sorry its been so bad for you with OH, it sounds so bad to live in that situation. Hope the weather round you is good enough that you can get the kids out for a bit, give them a run around in the park or something.

Hope you had fun at the park and scrapbooking. A little rest and recharging the batteries is very important - and washing and tidying can always wait.

  • Morning me lovely. Hugs for you...tough times but you will get through it. In the "should I moments" just cast our mind back to the times when the kids have been scared....I woud voice others in getting to see a solicitor asap and think practically about the steps you can take to move forward on your own...its exhausting though and sure that you will struggle at times, which is what were here for! Hope despite all the trauma that you are managing to have some chill time - scrapping is great for just switching off isnt it eh! Happy to have a natter on the phone if it would help - just pm your no...should be home most of the day.

    Hi all

Having yet another bad day today- feeling really down and rubbish. Guess I'm feeling just a bit sad about everything and worried about things. Hopefully the app on weds will help to sort things a little. At least he's finally gone back to work today!

The house is getting me down - I just can'#t get the motivation to do anything and every room has mess. I know i'm whinging a little and should just get on with it already!!
    Hope all are well today.

  • Hi sea, just spotted your new diary and a belated welcome back to the boards. I hope things continue to improve for you..weirdly enough you sound more strong and determined to get everything sorted...so as ISOM said..onwards and upwards.

Sending Hugs to you ...sorry you are feeling a bit lost but things will improve given time..you will probably feel a lot better after wednesday as you'll have a clearer idea of what's happening. Why not write a list of questions for the solicitor and then he can answer them for you.

Thanks Taxi - that's a really good idea and I'll start thinking about that and ask my mum if I've missed anything as well :) Going to try to use the sol as little as possible due to the cost!!

Hey BOB - how are you? :)

I've cheered myself up slightly by non-top eating of potato products - chips, potato croquettes, crisps, you name it!! :D

So sorted a few things today - started off the washing from when William wet the bed, given him a good bath and even did his hair (shockingly flakey scalp!). We've all had lunch and now will go do some painting shortly- I'm going to have a go at a mini-book made out of old CDs (from ukscrappers.co.uk challenge for today!). Should be nice.

aww hang in there. Youre bound to feel overwhelmed at times - its such a huge effort just doing every day life without the stress of splitting up...just put on foot in front of the other and you'll get there...one day at a time...
