  • Hi All
Does anyone know where you can buy plastic balls that snap open in the middle and you can put things in?? Do you know what I mean?! I have seen star shaped ones in the past?!?!?
Thought these would be fab (like a bauble) with a couple of little bits in and dressed nicely with ribbons!!?? Good for selling at fetes or as prizes etc???
Have tried searching on the net with no joy :(

If you google plastic baubles you get a few come up.

I would really like to start something like this as have just become a single parent to a 3 year old and a 7 week old. Am currently on Mat leave and facing possible redundancy along with having to cover all the household bills and mortgage myself now.

This would be great for me to do both now and also if I go back to work - would love to get on board asap as can get in for xmas then. I live in West Sussex - what do I need to do?

Forgot to ask when I PM'd you yesterday, whereabouts in West Sussex are you? As I said, you may be too far away to get to our training and meetings as they are in Eastbourne, but if you are right on the border you may be able to make it. Unfortunately it does happen that people will jump on potential recruits and sign them up without really considering them and how far they may have to travel.
Like I said, I probably won't sign you up but if you have any questions I am more than happy to give you honest answers.
Do hope you decide to join.

Just to let you know our training is in Chichester not Eastbourne but that is where our team meetings are monthly... but then every 3 months we have a regional in chichester although we are looking into changing that to Worthing.x

That's good, Chichester's closer to Julie isn't it? I didn't have my training there so I assumed no one else would. Maybe she can join our team!
Are you going to be organising a different monthly meeting for our team or will it still be with Lesley's? I don't understand what happens when we get new AMs, do we all split up?

Welcome to the forum! As far as I know no one uses the plastic things, we just use the wooden spatula things in our kit, you can wipe them clean as you use them and wash them when you get home.

Does anyone have any tips on cleaning the make-up brushes? I can't seem to get the foundation brush clean as the foundation I use most is quite oily. I didn't buy the brush cleaner as we were told to use soap/t-tree hand wash instead.
As I don't have a party tonight I thought I'd tidy up my kit instead!
