  • In the future I'll know to put my hosts personal shopping on the same oirder as her rewards and not put her name in twice lol
Yes she as a customer has been charged but not as a host, yet her half price shopping is showing on the order which has been submitted so I can only guess I have been charged for it! Well I've emailed consultant support in the hope that they will read it in the morning before my order is processed but not really sure how these things go.
I'll ring in the morn anyway.
    Thanks again!

Have you heard? 20% off christmas gifts and seasonal - excluding christmas makeup and accessories.

Just waiting for new prices to be emailed to me. I hope this kick starts the Christmas shoppers, I haven't had many buying the gifts yet.

20% off does sound like it may encourage shoppers. Head office must be getting desperate! I still have some little gift sets (the £6 ones, will now be £4.80) as I bought them for an event that was a wash out, hoping to flog them at the pamper evening I'm doing next week but I am worried no one will turn up to that either, no one seems to be having any luck with events around here at the moment. Even our SAM went to one the other day and 6 people turned up! Not good.

It sounds good doesn't it. It makes the £20 boxes £16. I'm guessing the 3 for £50 will also be reduced, as 3 at £16 is £48. £50 reduced by 20% is £40, so an £8 saving. If they reduce the offer that is.

I do find it a pain though when they change things in the catalogue. I brought loads of the original ones in, but there's so many errors in it I can't do a catalogue drop, which was my plan. The main error thats a pain is the catalogue saying the Macca Root gift is £20 and in the promotion, but its not. Grrrrr.

Does anyone know how many bags you get under the LOGO BAG REGIME on business tools?

    Thanks

  • This is a pain for me too Oligeo, I did a party last night and told the host we could wait until Friday to put in her order as she had more outside orders to collect, now I will have to start refunding money!

Good party though at £370 so far, I'm going to look through the orders now and see how it will effect the order.

I wouldn't bother, that was the price at time of sale anyway. But I'm just mean!

So if this means our sales and commission will go down, how good is it for us?

The mens maga root mistake annoyed me too, have had people order it and had to refund, luckily they didn't do the 3 for £50 offer!
Few other mistakes in the catalogue too, like wrong price or code, the foot and body hugs are the wrong way round too I think

I'm with you Ragz... I wouldn't go refunding as the prices were correct at the time of the party!

I sold loads of gifts last night... I highlighted the 5th line down on the order sheet & told everyone they could have 10% off what ever they wrote on that line... lots of people went for it & bought gifts lots of £20 gifts on that line & it only cost me £2 of my commission!
