  • I'm with you Ragz... I wouldn't go refunding as the prices were correct at the time of the party!

I sold loads of gifts last night... I highlighted the 5th line down on the order sheet & told everyone they could have 10% off what ever they wrote on that line... lots of people went for it & bought gifts lots of £20 gifts on that line & it only cost me £2 of my commission!

That's a really good idea, I take it they only got the 10% off if they filled the 4 lines above too? - I have visions of someone ordering one thing for £2 on that line and still wanting the 10 % off lol :rotfl:

  • Hi all

Have just been reading the Spring Success Guide and liked what I saw! The make up looks lovely.

I see that the "sale" items are now on allocation. Good prices for the Body Butters I reckon but just wondering if anyone knows whether they will be on sale throughout the season or whether they're just in the January sale?

The items I mean are the peach, pomegranate, almond, raspberry and mandarin orchid. I don't want to get them all if they are only on sale in January. If however they are on sale throughout the catalogue ie until end of March I may invest in them.

    Thanks x
  • They are just normally on whilst stocks last, often just till the end of Jan and not for the whole season, perhaps at our meeting if we have all brought diff ones we could take samples of each others so at least we can then have the diff smells to pass around? what do you reckon?

  • Cle Fairy sounds like a plan! Think i'm going to buy pomegranate, almond and the mandarin orchid edt as think these will be popular. I'll leave the other 2 and hope someone else buys them!

By the way I have put last night's order on today as a couple of people bought gifts and it would have knocked the host reward down a notch. I'll email you full info tomorrow when putting through tonight's order as waiting for host order to come through on email which may affect the figures slightly.

I wouldn't bother, that was the price at time of sale anyway. But I'm just mean!

I thought that the prices would be shown on the invoice when the host received the delivery and then she would query it? Can someone tell me if there is an itemised bill in the delivery? I've already told the host about the reduction now so I'll have to honour it, luckily it was only £12.80 they bought lots, but not xmas stuff :)

I'm also gonna try the highlighted fifth line thing, I've got a party set to be a big one next Thursday :)

LOL - I've brought all of them! But I use them and on the kids too so like to stock up while I can - they don't mind what smell they have!

  • Synonymous, as far as I'm aware there isn't an itemised bill there is a list of names together with the product bought so the bags can be checked but the prices aren't on them. I'm just going by the delivery confirmation note inside the box I get when it comes to me. I think the host would get the same delivery note.

I agree with what has been previously posted about orders taken before we got the email, the full prices should be taken from the customer. We didn't know any better and it seems a bit unfair that we should have to phone all our customers to refund them. However, if at all possible I would advise putting any o/s orders on today it just seems a whole lot easier!
