    Evening.

Had a good day today yay am feeling good with myself (for the moment lol).

DH is working late tonight and usually it means i pick at naughty food all evening so I decided to have my dinner a bit later then get on the wiifit then bed and in the most part that has worked out lol. Had dinner at 7.30 then had my not guilty ice lolly at 10 and have just fed and changed DD2 and we shall take ourselves off to bed and no picking woo hoo!

    Food today:-
B - 2 weetabix, banana and ss milk
L - 3 ham slices, cucumber, carrots, pickled onions, 3 babybel light followed by a hi-fi bar.
D - Lots of beef, carrots, swede, cauli, broccoli and runner beans in gravy (like a stew) followed by a not guilty lolly.

Went for a long walk today as well so I hope I sleep better tonight than these past few nights (although DH will wake me up when he gets home after midnight because he just CANNOT be quiet!).

Hope everyone is keeping the toad at bay.

Rockie - Hope your ex-DH improves and your children get some answers, must be very stressful for all involved so lots of hugs for you.

    Morning folks.
Not a good night last night. News from the hospital wasn't very hopeful, they'll wait another couple of weeks but he's not responding to anything. DD is very upset.
Current OH isn't much use at the moment either as we're still waiting for the AD's to kick in - not his fault but it doesn't help.
I demolished half a packet of ryvitas with butter and jam while I waited for her call.

I've had boiled eggs and rye toast this morning but it's like eating cardboard, hummus and celery dippers with some oatcakes for lunch.

I really need to try and buck myself up a bit so I will go to dancing tonight.
  • Good morning
At home this week and should be busy, Tuesday was good, walked over 12Ksteps and ate reasonably well however yesterday I blew it. I started OK Bfast cherios, and had lots of good intentions but I stayed on puter for too long then found a book which I finished which made me sleepy so had a nap missed lunch but had big bar of choc, had a good dinner of home made lentil stew but of course wasn't tired in the eve and had several munchy attacks. Tried apple then pineaple (tinned in juice) then natural yogurt, then bag crisps then mini cheddars then another min cheddars. Finally gave in round 1.30pm and went to bed. Feel hungover this morn.
Today I will have cherio bfast and then head out to market - rarely get there as normally working - this should at least get me moving. Lunch will be salad - have lots of ripe toms to use along with an avocado will add these to bulger wheat salad. Dinner will see what I buy from market veg wise.

Bad day for me yesterday, it was Ds`s birthday, so cake and fish and chips for tea! Although I did have small chips!

My dad rang to say happy birthday to Ds, also to tell me he is going to hospital today to see about having radiothreapy on his collarbone-he has a hairline fracture in it and had a tumour on it last year. Also specialist is going to see him early. He has been in remmision for 12 mths, but had an odd blood count last month and now this!!

I must admit I also had a small bar of fruit and nut and 2 glasses of wine!

He live abroad so it is hard, going to see him in Jan so fingers crossed. He says he feels good.

    Today I will be good.

    B toast

L Tuna pasta bake and salad

T egg and beans or something quick

will try and keep off the wine
