DH wants me to come up with a joke for this:

What's the difference between Dwain Chambers and sun cream?

One is safe to put near your bum?

Only one is going to get on an Olympic podium!

The nurse and NHS direct say go to the hospital but I was hoping you'd all tell me not to bother:rotfl: . My problem is i'll have to take the children with me as DH isn't home until 8pm tonight and mum and dad have gone out for the day. Anyone want two children for the day? :D xx

Drop them off here - they can't make any more mess than my two are already making!

Well I'm back from the hairdressers and I've had lunch so now I need to make a start again. I can't see the floor in the LR again even though I tidied it up after the kids had gone to bed last night.

First job I think is to put the dishes away I washed this morning and wash some more. Anyone fancy a HHC 12.45-1.15?

DS2 helped with some of the list for pocket money - he has now gone to play pitch and putt. I think I'm a bit too stingey with the money. He is 12 and can earn 50p a day doing jobs (£1 today for double as he was not here yesterday) so £3.50 a week - they don't get any other cash but most things I buy or pay for. Well I have said he has to pay for the P&P out of his money - he is fine and did not moan but it is £3 so a full weeks money - should I up the rate? DS1 is 14 so earns £1 a day for jobs (he is less keen so does less days) I have just started putting £12 a month in his bank account which was his footie subs but now he has stopped he has the money for golf which he pays for.

How often does he p&p? If you up his pay to £1 a day, thats £7, so he can play twice a week. Where does DS1 get his money from? Is he getting £12 a month from you plus £1 for the days that he does his chores? How much does his golf cost?

I might be inclined to pay DS2 £12 a month for the p&p and up his money to £1 a day. (Bet you're sorry you asked now!!) He sounds like he is more sensible with his money. I bet he'll keep up his level of enthusiasm ;)

I keep dreaming about that house, I really hope it doesn't exist as it's a bit werid. And always I find unknown rooms, even once a whole unknown floor of rooms!

Oh and I forgot to mention, the stairs were crazy, there were stairs everywhere in taht house, you do not need so many stairs!

And always there are 3 or more bathrooms and one is wrong in some way.

But Pigpens beady rolling eyes was the last stray! No offence hun, but I do not want you watching me pee! :rotfl:

Mudbath, call them up and see if youc an go up ater hubby finishes, no doubt you will need it X rayed. Sounds painful, hope you have been putting ice on it.

And Pigpen, I actually woke up all refreshed and happy that I could move the big TV into the cinema room and look through all those shoes. I even said to hubby we should swap TV's from the cinema room and he just looked at me funny... he's used to me thinking my dreams are real.

DS1 doesn't want to go out now, so I should get my butt in gear and start their room (I took some anadin extra and they make me hyper) maybe they will want to get dressed first... DS1 is in a pair of pants and DS2 is in his jammie t shirt (toilet training is going quite well, he did a poo in the toilet by himself).
