Hi everyone, sorry I haven't been around much but been non stop here, I barely have time to sit still nevermind switch the computer on. Hope you are all ok.
I'm doing our room today, usually do on a wednesday but have to as DPs peeling and my bed looked liked there had been a snow shower, urgh, dead skin, yuk. Anyway beds stripped, I've started sorting socks/pants from the big basket I keep dumping them in as we might be away for 10 days or so solid so need to have all the clothes sorted. I might actually pack some as I am sorting today, I have about 6 loads to put away. We've not decided where we're going or booked it yet for next week, it'll be Sunday or Monday, but don't want to dash about as much as last time. DPs away sorting out putting the stuff back in storage we used last night and when he gets back I need to pick my Mam's car up so we can do some work on it. She's staying here again tonight so need to sort DS1s room and the spare bed too.
Right, going to check emails etc then get on with it. TTFNOne day I might be more organised...........

Hi
I've almost finished my list but need to do my afternoon dailies because the downstairs is a tip after lunch:rolleyes: .
Ds1 has gone swimming with some friends so just me and Ds2 here. Ds2 is playing in his room and i think he's understanding the concept of putting the toys away before getting new ones out. A concept that Ds1 at 11 still hasn't mastered.
Sort out school bags and lunch boxes and other school related stuff for the new year.. including coats and shoes.. what needs replacing??

Back from my HHC.. and have achieved apparently very little..
3 loads of laundry folded ready to put away and sorted through DD3's drawers.. filled 1/3rd of my current binbag for charity shop and put a few bits in DD4's cupboard.. that was without even looking at the floor..
DD3 now has an empty drawer which I am considering putting her school things in.. but in all fairness I'll probably find enough littering the floor to fill it!
1:30-2pm HHC anyone???
I need to shift myself through another pile.
Any ideas how I am to get 4 parcels to post office, a cheque in bank AND food shopping done for dinner tonight with 7 children at home?? I am NOT taking them all with me!!!!!!!!!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

DS1 doesn't want to go out now, so I should get my butt in gear and start their room (I took some anadin extra and they make me hyper) maybe they will want to get dressed first... DS1 is in a pair of pants and DS2 is in his jammie t shirt (toilet training is going quite well, he did a poo in the toilet by himself).
I'm potty training my DS1 at the moment, he's weeing in the potty fine but likes to poo on the floor!:rolleyes:June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

I keep dreaming about that house, I really hope it doesn't exist as it's a bit werid. And always I find unknown rooms, even once a whole unknown floor of rooms!
Oh and I forgot to mention, the stairs were crazy, there were stairs everywhere in taht house, you do not need so many stairs!
And always there are 3 or more bathrooms and one is wrong in some way.
Tiamai I looked up houses in the dream dictionary, here's what it says:
To see a house in your dream, represents your own soul and self. Specific rooms in the house indicate a specific aspect of your psyche. In general, the attic represents your intellect, the basement represents the unconscious, etc. If the house is empty, then it indicates feelings of insecurity. If the house is shifting, then it suggests that you are going through some personal changes and changing your belief system.
To dream that you are cleaning your house, signifies your need to clear out your thoughts and getting rid of old ways. You are seeking self-improvement.
To see an old, run-down house in your dream, represents your old beliefs, attitudes and how you used to think or feel. A situation in your current life may be bringing about those same old attitudes and feelings. Alternatively, the old house may symbolize your need to update you mode of thinking.
To see a new house in your dream, indicates that you are entering into a new phase or new area in your life.

I'll nag hubby to come home early I think.. that should work. can't even take the little ones as they are doused in flea shampoo and look really skanky lolLB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
DD wants to do some baking - I've told her no chance.
Sounds just like my house, DD1 always wants to cook (something/anything) but it always ends up with her asking a million questions and making huge mess, which she does her best to clean up, but grrrr.... I'm trying to do something else!!!!
I always thought I'd be the kind of Mum that happily bakes/cooks with my children, and then happily makes pasta pictures, and then cheerfully gets the paint sets out..... Instead I"ve become a nagging harridan chasing my tail trying to get the house at least clean....if not tidy!!!! :eek:MMSSB Club Founder Member
