    Morning all.
Ragz - hugs to you. My OH is a total hoarder and generally really untidy person too. It drives me INSANE.

Thanks to everyone for their good wishes about my finger. Michelle...it's the same hand as my dodgy wrist and thumb so at least I still have one good hand, lol.

Advice please. Although my finger really hurts when I touch things I can't feel anything. I can bend it but it clicks and the whole of the tip of my finger to the first joint is black all over like i've dipped my finger in ink. However, going to a&e would be a waste of time wouldn't it? They won't do anything if i've broken the end of my finger will they? I really don't want to go unless I really need to, can you tell? xx

Could you ring NHS direct and ask their advice?
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

Mudbath - You may just need the pressure releasing again because of the blood building up, that't what may be making it numb as that happened to mine. If it hurts to move it you've probably just bruised the bone (I thought I'd broken mine at the time) but it may be broken, if you go to A&E they usually tape your poorly finger to a good one a bit like a built in splint (I did this to my mum when she broke a few of her fingers). They don't usually put it in a cast unless it's really damaged but you would be best going and getting it looked at if you have a chance. Weren't you meant to go back to the nurse anyway? She can tell you whether to go to hospital with it.
    ((HUGS)) hope it gets better

Mudbath - sounds painful. My BIL broke his little finger playing rugby and did nothing about it for 3/4 weeks. When he finally went to the hospital he needed an operation as it hadn't healed properly. Not sure if it makes a difference which finger it is - could you ring NHS Direct as a starting point?
Don't put it down, put it away - thanks Valli

So... yesterday I was looking at p0rn... also known as rightmove.co.uk... and choosing my lotto win house (10mil+ I found a 12 bedroom castle that I used to walk past when I was a kid, proper fairy tale thing) under 6mil a farm house with 46 acres and a seperate house, you know how it is. So last night I dreamt that we did win a small amount and bought a nice 4 bedroom house that needed some work. There were stairs at one end that were on a curve (as the house had a round bit at the end) and the stars were quite dodgy to walk down and only led to a door and a weird bathroom that scared me cos on the wall Pigpens wobbly eyes were wobbling about!!!!. One day I decided to have a think about getting them replaced and I found another 3 rooms! One was set up like a cinema with loads of really expensive shoes in boxes that must have been forgotten by the previous owners, and the ladies shoes were my size! The second had 4 spa baths! And the third was like a guest bedroom. Rather than being all happy that I had some new rooms, I was angry that they all had to be cleaned!!! FLYlady is invading my dreams!!

Got some boxes for the kids room so have no excuse but DS1 has asked to go out today... will check the weeather. And I have to price a new matress as our one hurts my back, I hated it from the day we got it.

The nurse and NHS direct say go to the hospital but I was hoping you'd all tell me not to bother:rotfl: . My problem is i'll have to take the children with me as DH isn't home until 8pm tonight and mum and dad have gone out for the day. Anyone want two children for the day? :D xx
