Although Homebase are contacting everyone giving refunds and sweeteners, has anyone actually had the refund go back into their accounts yet?

My partner received the call on wednesday saying the shed would not be arriving but we have not received anything back into our account yet.

I have also written to them (recorded delivery) to say i am not prepared to except there fob off. Was wandering if anyone has been cheeky enough to ring homebase and ask for interest on their outstanding refunds seeing as you cant use teh cash if they have held it back.

I had the call, I believe I am entitled to the shed at that price, the transaction has been compleated! I want the shed and despite their T's & C's I will sue for 'loss of bargain'.

I was offered the 10 quid thing or... the shed at 'proper' price (129?) less 40 quid, therefor the item is available!

I have had my refund back it showed on my card yesterday.
I got the call and I am expecting £20 in vouchers as I had 2 orders for different sizes.

No phone call from Homebase but have checked my visa card on line and there's a refund for the 6x4 shed, however no refund showing for the Midi Garden Store £19.98 + £5.95 delivery = £25.93 Both ordered on 27/07/08 although ordered separately, on ordering I received confirmation emails. Gave Homebase my home and mobile phone numbers and have not missed any calls, maybe they are so overloaded with work that they are not going to phone everyone? As they have not phoned me the least they could have done was sent an email
