Same here missed a call so phoned them and was told delivery would be before Aug 15thMe too so I phoned to ask - and was told I will get a call to 'arrange delivery' before 17th Aug.
No mention of the misprice.. no email... no voicemail...
The fact that they will not put anything in writing or recorded on voicemail makes me think they just want as many people to accept a refund as possible as they are not putting in writing you will have a refund end of....Well I Love Tv And I Love T. The correct retail price of this shed is significantly more than the erroneous price and so we are unable to honour your purchase at that price. Further information surrounding our policy in this instance can be found in points 2.3 and 4.2 in the Terms and Conditions listed on our website.
Your order has now been cancelled and a full refund will be made to the original method of payment. I appreciate the disappointment this may cause and have arranged for you to be sent a £10.00 gift voucher, which can be used in any of our stores, as a gesture of goodwill.

I got a phone call 2 days ago about the voucher,not had refund yet, received letter today from another company saying my shed will be delivered tuesday 5th august,

This is all making my head hurt! I just want my shed, which I ordered in good faith hours before anything was on HUKD or here, and if it's not coming I want to know.
I think I'll just avoid any unknown numbers and hope for the best.
I wonder if someone has lost their job over this. It's such a small mistake I bet, and has had such a lot of work generated around it. Poor guy/gal.Comper and general cheapskate

I ordered the shed on 28th July.
Homebase (Argos Retail) have taken the delivery charge, £5.95, but nothing for the shed.
Perhaps I am getting a free shed!!!:T0 -
I received a phone call yesterday morning saying pricing error, would I like the shed at £169.99 with 20% off or a £10 gift voucher. Said we'd like the £10 gift voucher, then caller wanted to speak to OH (order in his name) who wasn't there, could I get a number and he'd call back. She wouldn't give me a number, just said they'd call back later. Still waiting for call and money has now come out of account.

I'm just fed up about the fact they never sent an order confimation email, so if we phone them we don't have an order or reference number to quote. Any one else in the same situation?2017 - no clutter to be seen challenge: 72/2017

I ordered on the 27th and have not heard from them, monies have been taken from my account (which I thought by law constituted a contract between us) would be nice to have some communication from them.0

I called them yesterday saying i had heard from a friend who had ordered one that there was a problem with these sheds.The ladies words on the phone were "I will put you through to the team dealing with this matter" kind of show how many had been ordered.To cut along story short they are in the process of contacting everyone who ordered but it's taking time.They refunded my card and double checked my address to send a £10 Voucher as a token gesture to say sorry....
I called 01785 710210 as I dont pay for my calls to standard landline numbers but the email they sent me contained a 0870 number at national rate.
I hope this is of some use to someone .
