Titch89, you keep contradicting yourself as to which medical professionals you have seen, and when you have seen them. I didn't think that you had seen anyone in the past 13 months?

The only medical professionals I've seen in the last 13 months have been doctors and physiotherapists.

Which means that you were lying when you stated:

Because it has only been bad for me in the last 9 months or so and I've not seen anyone about my vision (apart from the people at social services) for 13 months.

Do you really expect people to help you when all you do is contradict yourself and blatantly lie?
    Gone ... or have I?

the middle rate, if you need help or supervision
frequently throughout the day, or during the night.
You can get Disability Living Allowance for your care needs even if no one is actually giving you the care you need, even if you live alone.

Im not an expert by no means, just a mum .But have been through this inside out when my little lad was 3.He is autistic with severe behavoiural problems and he get high for both care and mobility. Originally they were going to give him low for mobility because they were looking at itfrom a physical point of view and not a mental.
You are probally right ive not read other threads i can just see someone that , obvously has a problem with there sight an possibly if what you say is true there mental state.
Above is criteria for middle rate care.

I 2 have a disabled child so know what living with a disability is .Ive just read through the whole thread i i would be offended if people answerd me the way some have op . My best advice with this is to get his local mp involved , and appeal .I appealed my childs it took 18 months but it worked with help from mp ,sw and hv.
If it had gone the other way and we lost it altogether so be it .When people have made comments about tripping while out and saying i do that to , that to me is an attack on someone with a disability. I cannot find any real advice to this person. All these talking things you are on about are very expensive . It doesnt help either when they are out , he needs someone with him to keep him safe and is a danger to himself and others.

What you won't be aware of Lighton is that there have been many previous threads from Titch in the past, most of which have been contradictory and all of which have been trying to get money out if the system without looking at alternatives and making an effort to help herself. The reason that you're unable to see those is because Titch has had them deleted when they have not gone her way.

Many people, most of them posting on here, have offered her an enormous amount of help and some have spent a great deal of time researching alternatives and possibilities for her. This help has been met by negativity and rudeness from Titch and now people are getting understandably fed up with her. It's not your fault that you don't know all the history of this as Titch has been careful to cover her tracks on here. Unfortunately for her, MSE members have good memories, as this thread shows!

But yet you've dismissed that Titch spends a lot of her time in front of a computer screen and keyboard:confused:

Before getting too carried away with the sympathy votes, Titch is very good at laying into other people and making suggestions that they all go get a job, she even said as much to a mother who is already studying full time and has a young child to look after!
