I joined voda on the 17 july, would I have a chance to be released from my contract? How do I go about this then? What do I say when I ring up. I have not been sent the letter regarding changes to my T&C, and the OP posted this comment on the 26 july (9 days after my contract started? would i have a chance?0

maybe, but that wouldnt cover your "insurance claim" that you are discussing on another thread on here :rolleyes:0 -
I emailed Vodafone yesterday and was told
"Thanks for your email to Vodafone to demand the immediate termination of your contract. I have looked at the usage on your account and I am sorry but it will not be possible to cancel your contract under the 10% rule.
I appreciate that this is not the response you were hoping for. "
I am on a £30 per month contract with £7.50 internet. My bill for September which I got two days ago was £59.50 with £18.72 on 0870 numbers etc. The 33% increase in those calls means this is clearly more than the 10% they are talking about. And I can not see anywhere in the terms and conditions where it talks about the average being taken over 3 months.
Can anyone help?

Just spoke to Vodafone and first of all someone tried to say it wasn't Vodafone increasing the non geographic numbers but someone else and now I've been told I cannot cancel because it is not a 10% increase on the previous months 0870 calls numbers? What is going on with these people?
Does anybody know how they are working this out?0 -
