KAAT-LADY Yes try one, it gets to be quite addictive. ;)
The first one I had was on a cruise that OH, DS2 and DIL took me on for my birthday, and retirement from work.
I loved it, the lady who did it made such a fuss over me and I felt so relaxed, she even did a half leg massage,O it was wonderful, I think they had told her to be careful as I was still recovering from a car accident.
I will never forget that cruise,I am so lucky.

Whats this about a medal???? what you been up to???I`ll have to go have a look now:rotfl::rotfl:

Evening all! ( and no I didn't bend the knees, they're much too stiff:rotfl: )

Well the front garden is now weed free:T I just hope the judges come along soon, not sure I can keep it like this for too long:o There are a few gaps where the bigger weeds were:o , so tomorrow I might juggle some plants from the back to the front. :D My back, knees, fingers, arms all ache, but it was worth it. Smothered myself with factor 50, then got a dreadful shock when I popped in for a drink, I was lobster red:eek: Was really worried I'd burned, but thankfully it was just exertion red, and faded when I cooled and drank lots of water. Cue slathering on more sunscreen;) No wonder it costs a fortune to stay safe.

princess pixiedust, hope ds1 is feeling better soon. Everything crossed it is just a bug.

AussieLass:eek: You cheeky mare! Fancy showing everyone that picture:naughty: I'd like everyone to know, DH and I weren't the models for the sculpture:rotfl: (mine haven't been that pert in years:o :rotfl: )

    Off for a surf, CM

edited to add SnowyOwl how is the job going?

    Hi guys,

Well we have had a lovely day today :D We set off fairly late and had lunch in a cafe when we arrived. We then went and bought some sandals for each of us (we didn't own any - believe it or not!) and also some cheap swimwear for the kids. The plan was to go to the sealife center later on but when we hit the beach the 2 eldest jumped in to the water and that was it for the afternoon ;) LO was very doubtful but after an hour watching the other two cavorting he started joining in and then I ended up getting wet having to wade in and rescue him when he was getting too deep!!! (I worry too much!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: )

The 2 boys have both asked can they go for their birthdays too but I think we shall be making this a more regular thing particularly while the weather is warm.

They also spotted the fair on the way home so when we go again I think we will call in there as a surprise for them. :j :j

My brother who lives there met us for an hour which was great and then before we went home they opted for a macdonald's for tea   still it's the first time I have ever taken them but unfortunately they loved it

Ah well! I feel sure it will stay nothing more than the odd treat.

Tomorrow they are all geared up to help me get the front garden done (once again!!! ) with the promise that I will fill the inflatable pool and allow them the afternoon with the water pistols - hopefully that means I can loose the ironing and tomorrow evening get my pennies up to date.

princess pixiedust - I hope DS1 is feeling better soon.
Pen-pin -I hope your hospital visit isn't too bad, make sure OH isn't caught sneaking in something decent to eat, those nurses may well decide a bed bath and ennema will be a fitting punishment for him :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Very gentle hugs to all in need tonight and apologies to any I have missed. May the rest of the weekend be a good one for all of you.

    Love Smoky. xxxxx

smoky, sounds like you all had a fun day:T :D That will have done you all the world of good. Occasional MaccieD's are fine. And lets be honest, for fashionable junkfood, it's pretty reasonable. ( Haven't had one for years, but really fancy a Big Mac now:o with a chocolate milkshake:rotfl: )

Did my front garden today:D Going to tackle the back tomorrowicon9.gif

    Night, night, CM x

Good luck with the back CM. I aim to photo mine on Monday and then instigate a transformation with the help of some men (top half them, patio area - me and the kids) and finally post some piccies of our work.

Edit - yes it was a good day, I think we all enjoyed it. Good night CM.
