is that really a good idea? do run it by your solicitor to make sure you will still have an interest in the equity. but if he/she thinks it is ok then woop woop!

:mad:he has been on phone talking crap again slagging me off

Just dont answer him hun...... don't give him the opportunity to slag you off..
I feel into that trap resonding to aggressive and provocative text messages....you will lower yourself to his level.

Any text messages that are threatening just save them....you will need to prove at least two to bring a Harrassment case or Non Molestation order.... You could also go for an Occupation Order that will give you the right to stay in the house and exclude him from even coming into the road.

This is the route I had to go down.

Just to say, I also confronted the woman who my Ex had been having an affair with, I also phoned her Employer to let them know how much work time she had been wasting texting and phoning him and threatened to deliver all his belongings to her work.

I phone her husband straight away to tell him what was going on, he didn't believe me at first but went straight to her work to confront the b**tch !

It gave me a great deal of satisfaction and in no way did I feel that I should have kept quiet but you have to do whats right for you and your children.

  • However quick was that??
So you are going to busy now, moving etc.
Have rung Husband going to pick him up later to go to country park, instead of being his secretive self, he said just up the shop getting milk for Sister, where as usually I ask where are you & it's just walking around, no location or anything - ok only a tiny thing, but noticeable.
Comping again - wins so far : 2 V festival tix, 2 NFL tix, 6 bottles of wine, personalised hand soap, Aussie miracle conditioner

Just spotted this post, great news, fantastic..... but just wondering, if your current housing situation is preferable to this council house, why do you have to move out ?

You could still go down the Occupation order route to get him out of the house and stay where you are....just something to think about

If I was in council rented accomadation, I would get all things paid for ie rent, council tax etc etc. If I stay here cos its a mortgage, I would only get £125 per month towards a £425 mortgage.
When I googled the address, the first page is full of people being arrested for drgs, two for MURDER!!! Don't think I want my kids brought up in that!!
