  • Hi Kizzy,

Just found this thread tonight and wanted to offer a hug too and a hope that things will soon get better for you and your family.

I feel a tad awkward posting here because I'm a bloke and most of your other friends here are women. However you used to post on my threads before ( when I was yeovilmac ) and helped me so I thought I'd look in and wish you well.

I'm another who would think twice before ringing OH's woman's OH. If you still feel like doing it in the morning, maybe. I've made enough daft mistakes in my lifetime for the two of us and most of them would have been avoided had I waited a while and thought things through.

    Good luck Kizzy.

A couple of friends of mine were going through a rough time together and the wife (my actual friend) didn't know what on earth was wrong. They had a good marriage but had had a rough few years with deaths in the family. Things were starting to get better when the husband started acting strangely. One Sunday morning there was a knock at the door and standing there was the husband of a woman from hubby's work and he announced to my friend that her husband and his wife had been having an affair for some months.

Needless to say my friends are no longer together :o

    Chip,

These things happen to men as well, I just don't think they talk about it as much. I've just thought of a saying that a friend of mine used: there would not be any bad men in the world if there wasn't any bad women.

So there are good and bad in both men and women, you must be one of the good men to post on this thread!!

  • Hi hun just wrote a really long post and it got lost in the ether. Waves to Chip Hazard! tho wondered what happened to Yeovilmac.

Right if it was me, in fact when it was me I did contact the other person. all I can say is it made me feel a whole lot better. why should the husband be the only one that doesn't know what a lying cheating scum sucking creep his wife is?
    and def tell his parents.

Rage's idea about the castle thing is excellent. he is is NOTHING now. I distinctly remember thinking that the man I loved no longer existed. this new version was meant nothing to me. Arrange for him to see the children else where if possible. maintain dignity in the face of his childish pathetic foul lashing out its just guilt talking. horrible man.

    God I am so angry.

Get a solitictor - take all of Rage's advice about the money too. he is disgusting.

    xxxx
    Nevertheless she persisted.

  • I would at this point like to share a personal philosophy with you here. In my opinion there are a lot of idiots out there. The lazy, the incompetent, the doo-doo for brains and the irritating. Then there are, of course, the people who have been put on this planet to make my life a constant 100m hurdles of avoidance. These people tend to disguise themselves and we can only hope that they trip up and fall over before too many hurdles have been jumped although being idiots this tends to happen sooner rather than later with the vast majority (fortunately). Right I'm off to bed. Try and get some sleep even if it means taking something (I was told by one of my friends that a small amount of Calpol and a glass of wine is a good combination and leaves you with no headache in the morning ;) !!! )
But I'm going to say this once, and once only, Gene. Stay out of Camberwick Green :D
