Poor innocent children are crying in the night & being upset having tantrums, saying horrible things ( I hate you ) to us, due to all of this, we have to deal with all of this as well as the rejection we are feeling, the stigma of now being on benefits, health affected, I've lost so much weight & have had other health probs ( won't broadcast ) the mental torture, along with doing the daily things we have to do, it's quite unbelievable.

SFH...perhaps reviewing your take on the situation is a good point to start i.e dont refer to the biatch..but turn it on its head and refer to it as an it or something else...humour is a good weapon in maintaining your objectivity and rationale in difficult circumstances.
Remember standards...maintain yours at all costs..even it is something as simple as posting on here!0 -

But then he will turn it all around saying my fault
SFH if he does - turn it all back onto him again... who left? Who has no staying power? Who is a faithless fcukwit? ...... if I'm boring its rubbed off from you... .. you get the idea?
When my ex and I had the huge talk the day he disappeared, he tried to make all the problems in our marriage my fault. I did nothing wrong except support and love him and wait for him to talk to me. I was too controlling about money - well, you like to spend it so someone has to make sure ds has nappies and food and clean clothes, I was too obsessed about housework - no, you were just a dirty lazy sod, we never went out - because we had no money from paying extortionate creche fees, and you never left the pc anyway, I stopped him from getting a motorbike - well forgive me if I loved you enough to want you alive instead of dead!Goal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.Get out of dead end job and work for career I always wanted.0 -

Kizzy - I was reading over what everyone said earlier this evening and it might have seemed like we were all getting at you - we weren't. What we were trying to tell you that it's within your power to change how you view what's happening to you...
Try not to focus too much on the stigma of living on benefits - you've earned the right to them if you've paid tax and worked before, more so than the spongers who've never worked.
I know you love your ex, and that you wanted a long and happy future together, can you not accept that that future will now no longer happen? You can choose to be happy. It might not happen straight away but if you try to view things differently to how you've looked at them till now, it might not be such a struggle. Yes my ex is a faithless fcukwit, who walked out on me and our son, but that's his stigma, his failing not mine. I'm choosing to be strong for my son, I'm choosing to see the good in what's happened. I'll be better off financially if not emotionally or sexually for the next while. He's done me a huge favor. I'm not grateful to him for doing it, but that's how it is. On Saturday I took down our wedding photo from the living room wall and replaced it with another photograph I got in Matalan. I chose it specifically because it was a bridge looking across to misty trees. ... the reason I chose it was because it represented my future... I'm crossing troubled waters right now to an unclear future but I know it's going to be bright because when the mist lifts it's always a beautiful day....
Am I making any sense here?Goal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.Get out of dead end job and work for career I always wanted.0 -

I'm crap talking to DFS, I try to be mature & fair, but I don't know what I'm doing, so re access & everything, it's probably all wrong!
I tried what KM said about asking him to think what he could do to make things easier for the kids etc, he said i don't know, just keep seeing them - GREAT:T mastermind he aint!
Night SFH, I'm sure we'll speak tomorrow;)Comping again - wins so far : 2 V festival tix, 2 NFL tix, 6 bottles of wine, personalised hand soap, Aussie miracle conditioner
