That will be pretty standard from the courts too. That could be years down the line and you'll approach that bridge when you get to it.£2 Coins Savings Club 2012 is £4.............................NCFC member No: 00005.........

Kizzy he is paying your mortgage now but when he stops that if someone moves in he will then revert to paying you maintenance won't he anyway so that will go towards it plus the new guy would contribute and you by then may have a part time job even. Don't ever think you can't move on with someone new because of his threats, you can do whatever you put your mind to. You proved that when you did 18 mths on your own with 2 children on a very tight budget.0

True, its £59 a week CSA he said he'd pay more than that anyway.
Yes I would hopefully have a job again by then.
It was 18 months:eek: the extra 8 months make a lot of difference:rotfl: especially as had it only been 10 months he would never have been on that ship!

Sorry I realised I typed 10 mths and amended it, 18 mths is such a long time you really are so capable of doing everything children, finance and house wise its just another matter doing it with all the devastation he has caused you but just imagine when you start really healing from all this pain how much you can/will achieve again. Watch out DFS coz Kizzy is going to blow you away when she starts to move forward and the Moose will be dragging you down while her husband drags her through the courts (fingers crossed). Another thing at least you and DFS are debt free, wonder if the Moose is? They might have a load of debt and that won't be fun for DFS to start his new life with her debts round their necks! I'm sure it won't be all plain sailing once her poor husband finds out and both their families.0 -
If it ever gets that far, they've got all that to come. It just affects everyone, so her parents, grandparents sisters brothers whatever she has, that's the awful thing about it all. I don't know if she has debt, it's a very well paid job, especially if her husband has a good job too, she may have quite a big house to split & maybe savings? But if she moves down here she'll have to leave family & friends & either get a new job somewhere, or transfer to the dockyard here. Who cares about her & DFS though it's the innocent people in all of this.
Yes I'll get through this, I'll come out stronger with my pride & dignity intact & with 2 of the most lovely children ever ( though I wasn't saying that earlier)
