  • I quite like the look of the 'pink lipstick' you posted on the Lose weight thread Delly!!
    .

Yeah - saw that on Grahame Norton and other places - the person testing it was left speechless :D so maybe it's worth a try?

I'm really tired myself at the minute. Have loads of people visiting and I just need an early night but can never get myself organised enough to go to bed early. I've still not tackled the upstairs of the house. Hopefully when the FFA takes DS on friday/saturday, I'll get the time. Here's hoping I have the energy!

Good idea about the funny moments book elona. I might just start one.

SFH - I can only empathise with how you're feeling. Surely a trip to Oz now is a good thing - imagine, sunshine etc.... how lovely.

Am at my mum's now - DS is watching tv (carp mother that I am:rotfl: ) I'll check in again later.
Goal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.
Get out of dead end job and work for career I always wanted.

I'm sorry to hear you're having such a bad time.
ds now telling me again he aint eating, asked him what he would like said a cheese and ham toasty, made it for him and he let it cool down and now picking at it,so as long as he is eating I do not care what it is.
If your son has got mouth ulcers (I know how incredibly painful they are and really do make you feel miserable), toast probably isn't the best thing for him, even if it's what he fancies.

Could you tempt him with some banana or warm soup or tinned spaghetti with bread & butter?
    Or a smoothie/milkshake?
I hope he feels better soon.

Best wishes to all you other ladies currently going through hell.
  • Went to c/tax office as usual really nice to me ( i'm really lucky with mine )- still doesn't stop me feeling like poo!
So just IS proof to take in if i ever get it & because I'm a dummy child benefit number as I forgot to take that!
Went to the library, they didn't have the books, but I found 3 about children in divorce, divorce & lastly, making your marriage work!!! :p:D  :rotfl:
Went food shopping too spent a fortune as haven't done a proper shop for a while, I get really upset shopping, my sister said she was the same, as I always have liked cooking us nice meals & now it's just sad old me:o & the kids really eat rubbish, I bought a chicken today, so will do a roast tomorrow & try & get some vegetables down them;)
Kids at party later & as at play area & only DS invited will take DD & stay with her in the play area & get her some dinner there whilst DS goes to the party room for food, so at least I'm going to a party:T just one for a 6 year old!!!:rotfl:

  • I'm just waiting for SSS to turn up. Texted him again reminding him t pick up DS from school and if he was picking DD up from her, to walk her down with him. Still no answer!! Will give him 5 mins then I'll have to call him - can't have DS upset and left at school on his own!! Need to know if he's paid the mortgage too, then I'm off to cash my giro and do some shopping, have a bite to eat and then I'll come home - so won't be posting for a while.
    Speak to you all later!
