Or you could try not feeding the cat for a day. :rolleyes:I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

I was going to say 'while the rat's away the mouse will play' but I decided against it cos you couldn't see my tongue in my cheek.0

Guess what ? We've got a mouse arrrrrrrgghhhh!!! DD was screaming, it ran behind the sofa in the front room, well I pull the sofas out when I do my "proper" hoover, & I haven't seen any poo, so must be a new little friend:o
50 minutes before he's here, I can't wait to see him, BUT, find it very uncomfortable, mostly because he doesn't act normal, I mean, who asks if they can have a drink in their own house??
Do you want to borrow my fat puss cat, Dennis?

Oooh it might be a littile field mouse - if it's got big mickey mouse ears and a bit of white on it's tummy and a VERY long tail it's a field mouse. Right time of year for them to be looking for a home as well (nesty nesty for Autumn). We have one nicks food from under the birds noses in the garden (well if the young blackbirds are too nesh to peck it out of the way  ). Once found one in my cupboard - opened the door and though "oh, mouse". closed door. Mr Rage comes in kitchen. "we've got a mouse in the cupboard I said" . opened cupboard door. mouse just sitting looking at me mid-chomp through a smart price raspberry jelly as if to say "eh? haven't we just done this?". Helter skelters down one of the supports and me and Mr Rage end up chasing it all over the kitchen - finally disappears under a floorboard. Went in the end. What was really cute tho was that it had gone into the bird seed box and sorted out the seed into piles in the different seeds - sooooooo cute. Glad to hear you're feeling better anyway. I agree with Buffy too about the digestives - also cheese on toast....mmmm cheese on toast - I think my salad has just gone out the window.....:drool:But I'm going to say this once, and once only, Gene. Thank You everyone, well visit was pretty bad, he faffed around trying to catch the mouse kept moaning at the kids as they were talking whilst he was trying to find it.
I hate mice - they are too quick & make me freak, so I went into the kitchen, he managed to drop a heavy monkey wrench on to it & it squeeked for ages, thought I was going to cry, thing is it's still alive as it ran away & now I have no idea where it is!
The kids played up yet again, they are really naughty when he's here, he can't seem to get it into his thick skull that they are mixed up, I've been telling them for months that Daddy will be home for good soon & now he's not!
Anyway I went to the Doc's he's brill, he's put on my insurance report that my depression was reactive to the situation I was in at the time, bullied at work, neg equity, high maint for flat, in debt & noisy neighbours, so not much!
I asked him about DH ( not so sure he should have a D in front of H after tonights performance ) he said it sounded very much like depression & to ask him to come in, which of course he won't.
I said to him, you had better not behave like this on holiday & he said I won't.
I don't feel at all bothered about him tonight as he was so awful.
Not the person I fell in love with at all, which of course will make things so much easier if/when we splitComping again - wins so far : 2 V festival tix, 2 NFL tix, 6 bottles of wine, personalised hand soap, Aussie miracle conditioner

Hi Kizzy. The children are probably picking up on the tension between you and DH and just reacting to the situation. Also, they are likely to be more attuned to your emotional state than DH's and may therefore be confused and angry too. Know this is a difficult and stressful time for you all. Try to get all the support you can from friends and family to keep yourself grounded and healthy. Don't let DH's moods influence your own mood - take a step back and detach for a while if you can. You are doing so well. Best wishes

Trying my best gratefulone, but whilst he can skulk away & sit in a room feeling sorry for himself, I've got 2 children to look after!
I did cook some dinner tonight, only chicken & rice, so not too spicy or anything, needed something plain.
When he got here he said, I hope you haven't cooked for me, I said no, but you can have some if you like, he said no thanks ( surprise )
Anyway I decided I'd make sure I'd eat it, went up the shop afterwards, to get mouse poison ( for the mouse not him:p ) & had to run back to get to the loo!
I've just rung his other sister, as SIL had told her, & she's really shocked & thinks he's not well & says she gets the same.
Anyway, not too bothered by him at the moment, he's annoyed me too much, but as I said to her, he's not HIM anyway, he's like someone else that I don't know, so I don't hate the REAL HIM, iyswimComping again - wins so far : 2 V festival tix, 2 NFL tix, 6 bottles of wine, personalised hand soap, Aussie miracle conditioner
