Made me a cup of coffee & then he went, he winked at me as he left;)
Then at the gate he said "shall I come around tomorrow", I said "if you want to", he said "I don't want to impose on you", I said "that's ok, but obviously IF this becomes permanant you won't be coming every day" & he just said "No"
Jesus, just looked at my bum ( sorry if this is too much information:p if I bend over, theres a big white bit where my bum must sag!:D )

    Nice one-played it cool there!

ROTL laughing at the last bit!!

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

I've never had a spray tan, but by the sound of it, I would still be mainly white afterwards anyway from all the saggy areas :rotfl: :rotfl:
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches

rofl @ white bits - my goodness I'd look like a checkerboard. Every now and again DH makes a comment about 'spaniel's ears' which makes me throw whatever I have to hand at him.

You sound lke you're doing really well, we're all proud of you love! Also sounds like hubby is starting to have a bit of a think about what he's done...
This year I'm getting organised once and for all, and going to buy a house with my wonderful other half. And that' s final!

    Hi Kizzy

I have been following this thread but have never posted anything.

I just wanted to say that I really admire you for revealing all here and letting others go along this journey with you. You seem like a strong person who will be able to deal with this, especially after everything else thats been dealt with previously.

I hope things work out for you the way you want them too, but even if the dont I wish you all the luck in the world.

    Good Luck on this journey.
  • Hi Kizzy did he say anything about you going out or getting a spray tan?

I hope he starts seeing you as he saw you when he first met you then he can fall in love with you again, we easy get in a rut so I hope this time away and the fact you are being nice and looking after yourself too will have the right effect.

    Take care

    Hi Kizzy,

Glad you enjoyed the tanning salon. I've never had anything like that done before, I am usually pale and interesting..........

You seem to be getting stronger as the days go past, not many sleeps now until you go away, I really hope things go well on the holiday, I have a feeling that they will.

Just a quick post, I am having a house guest (I don't like people staying), but I have been volunteered for the task. My uncle is coming over to visit our poorly relative and his girlfriend is staying at mine. I need to do my housework. I don't like staying with people and I don't like people staying with me, I've always been like that. Dh calls me weird, but that's how I am. I love company, but I love them better when they go to their own houses when the night ends:rotfl:

SL , you are just like me, I hate having people to stay, we had 2 french couples stay with us that we didn't even know, when my friend got married to a french guy, they were lovely, but what a strain, DH had to put down a laminate floor in the kitchen as the carpet that was in when we moved in was disgusting & we were too embarrassed to leave it. Also I slapped paint over the wallpaper in the main bedroom because it looked awful, bought new towels, quilt cover, lamps ( from carboot ) hangers made them english breakfast for the 2 days!!! Mad I know, cost us a fortune, & re-decorated bedroom shortly after anyway:o
Well just got myself at it again, rang DH because I've got Doctors tomorrow night, (I know could have waited til tomorrow) but it's not until 6.50pm, so didn't know if he wanted to come straight from work, well rang his mobile & got " the number you are calling is currently unavailable " rang SIL & asked if he was there & she said he's gone out to get something to eat, so now mind working overtime, I thought I wonder if he's gone out to make a sneaky phonecall, eventually got him & he said I haven't been on the phone.
Rang Virgin mobile to check whether if it was engaged I'd still get that message & they said "no you'd get an engaged tone " doh:doh: anyway he's coming straight from work & will stay til after docs & he said "have a nice evening" I said you too & that was that. I don't think my heart can take much more than this, I was shaking heart pounding.
Sorry didn't answer the question - he just laughed & got the kids to say "Mummy you've been tango'd"
