Hey girls (and guys !)
Havent't posted for a week or so but just wanted to say i'm still here with you all.
Gert, so pleased you have decided to make a go of your relationship, its totally your decision, you have to do what's right for you, not anyone else...remember to keep talking, talking, talking...no secrets.
DenIse...what can I say....your situation is almost a carbon copy mine....my Ex still denies he had a physical relationship but I know its a lie....the duplicity of the whole situation, the extra PAYG phone shows there has been planning and forethought and I would hazzard a guess he is trying to maintain this relationship behind your back.
Kizzy, you go girl, what a feisty lady you are....your Ex OH will never find anyone like you.....his loss, I hope he thinks long and hard about what he has done. He has achieved nothing by his affair, however, you will have everything to gain once you have put the emotional ties to one side.
Here's a link to a song I love just to add the collection that's being posted, its by an American country band called Rascal Flatts, strange name but what a fantastic band...very meaningful and profound ballads....have a listen to the words....all their ballads are stunning.
Its Called, 'I'm Moving On'....its truly beautiful, please listen and think of every one who is going through the difficulties of separation

Love to you all

Jules - you have nothing to be ashamed of . You haven't done anything. Don't make excuses for him or lie on his behalf.
Glad the baby's alright but you seem totally stressed out. Wish there was something we could do to lessen the pain. Take care.
Jules
I agree with George. In fact, you MUST tell the midwife etc, then they can include it as a factor when monitoring your health.
Stuff him! Your baby's well-being depends on the medical staff knowing you're under extreme stress and being able to prepare for possible effects on the baby and you.
Good luck to you.A budget is like a speed sign - a LIMIT not a TARGET!!

That's why i think it isn''t....... Men may take the easy out, and go for the available sex.....
I think it depends on the man.
For my father ABSOLUTELY YES. He and my mother were besotted with each other till the day(s) they died. It was beautiful to see. Even I recognised it and he died when I was 11.5.
For my EX? Nuff sed. :rolleyes:A budget is like a speed sign - a LIMIT not a TARGET!!

Actually, kizzy, I think a desperate one. I ended up feeling a profound pity for The Floozie. And him, come to think of it

Its taken you a little while to arrive at the right attitude kizzy but who can blame you. Now you're doing just great. The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0

My goodness,
Things really do move fast around here, I had 6 pages to read and I was only gone for a day!!
Kizzy, your attitude is brilliant, just keep thinking positive and things will work out for the best, it really is his loss, what does DFS mean? I'll bet it is something really nice:p .
Gert, you have got to do what you think is best, you are the only one that can decide, you will have made the right choice for you, and the family, I can feel it!!!
SFH, you are doing well too, just hang on in there, not long till you go your hols, and you will come back fighting fit.
Everyone, just hang in there, I've got my own s@it going on at the moment, but it's just cash flow and not relationships so that's not so bad!!! I've also got some unwell family members and that is a strain but not as bad as man trouble!!

Back from cinema, took all our own food & drinks;) - would've cost the same if DFS came too as free adult with each child - never mind ay?
Mind you I've just spent so much money lately:o but DFS hasn't been spending any, obviously when we went away, I paid for meals etc, with my card, but it's from the joint acount, but he hasn't taken any money out at all & has not topped his phone up, so has no credit
Had a nice time, was going to look around the shops, but thought I'd save that for Monday, when the kids are at school, I am eating, but my size 8's are too big!
Just did 1471 when I got in - I'm sure DFS said he "was going " around his Mum's, but the phone call was from his Mum's, as it was quite early he either stopped there last night, or went very early, probably not wanting me to know he was desperate for company!Comping again - wins so far : 2 V festival tix, 2 NFL tix, 6 bottles of wine, personalised hand soap, Aussie miracle conditioner

Sorry about your family SL
DFS is dirty filthy scumbag! because someone on here said EX was too respectful a name for him!
I'm so sure he said " he was going to his Mum's " ! that's really annoyed me - still lying, I'd have thought he'd done enough of that!Comping again - wins so far : 2 V festival tix, 2 NFL tix, 6 bottles of wine, personalised hand soap, Aussie miracle conditioner
