  • Loving the songs the blu cantrell one was great, the kellis one I didn't know who sang it, but I had been singing the chorus in my head whilst in the car with DFS whilst away ( I hate you so much right now!!! )
Evergreen, I listened to yesterday, Marc Almond is one of DFS's favourite singers, he's been to see him so many times in concert & Oh what a night reminds me of a holiday in Kos years ago. So they have all been thought provoking!
Jules, words fail me, I feel like DFS has ruined my life & the kids life at the moment ( as your mum said ) BUT it doesn't have to be that way, unless you let him.
You must be feeling very emotional with a baby on the way too.
Whatever does the biatch he's with think about him doing this with a child & a pregnant wife, what sort of woman would even contemplate doing that?
Also if you've had IVF your baby must have been very much wanted, so I just don't understand him:confused:
Ok everyone, try & get through the day best you can ;)

  • INSIDE every copy of Saturday’s Daily Mail you’ll find a FREE copy of one of the most seminal albums of the 1980’s – True by Spandau Ballet.

this Album giveaway is only the beginning. Starting on Monday, and every day for the next two weeks, we are offering you another superb original 80’s Album that builds into a 12-disc library of some of the greatest and most pioneering music of the 1980’s.

How To Claim Your Complete 80's CD Collection

From Monday, in each day’s Daily Mail, we will be printing a voucher. Simply cut it out and take it to your local branch of Tesco, WHSmith or Eason where in return, you will be given that day’s CD.

If you prefer, you can collect seven of the differently dated tokens we will print, and send them in an envelope to the address we will be publishing later in the promotion — along with a cheque for £6.99 (to cover P&P and administrative costs) — and we will send you the entire collection of CDs that were available at WHSmith, Eason or Tesco stores.

Well i'm off to buy the Mail, will read it with a nice bacon sandwich, with lots of tomato sauce. I'm same age as you Kizzy and related to all those songs...

I saw this offer, will be getting some of them:D thanks for reminding me.

  • Taking ds to my dsd in little while as the break will do him good as much as it is only a night, shattered big time tossed and turned again:rolleyes:

Bet they will not be tossing and turning worrying over us though
Just back into comping past few months to help me get over rubbish in life.... won Hotpoint fridge freezer, soda stream
  • If they are or aren't, you shouldn't be worrying about him- try to put all thoughts out of your head, try meditating.
I don't really feel like I can offer advice anymore cos of my situation :-( but I am stil here!!
Mum's coming round soon so we can go and get DD's stuff for school And then OH is round later to spend time with the kids, can get some housework done then!!
    Hope everyone else is okay.
Made it - 15 years married!! Finally!! xx:beer:
  • Hi Gert
Taking kids to kids club cinema later, only £1.50 per child free adult.
Still haven't spoken to DFS, nor will I be.
I was just telling SFH, I'm not bothering with him anymore, I made the decision last night really after seeing all the other posts about so many other cheats, also all the ones about Sex & intimacy which just made me feel sick, I just thought I'll never ever feel the same about him again. The man I loved has gone for good.
I don't want to be his friend, I've got friends & they would never treat me like he did - though I won't be his enemy, as I think I'm past that now & need to be ok for the kids.
Funny thing is, now I'm feeling this way, I had a dream about us getting back together!!! Perhaps dreams are the opposite to how you feel.
Hoping I don't break this resolve, because if I do I will be cheating too, but only myself!
Different for you Gert, it was a brief fling - DFS was with moose for months - he's so going to regret this, but not my problem

    Morning Kizzy
I love your latest post, you sound so positive.

Sure, you may waver a little from this resolve at odd times (that would only be natural given the length of time you've spent together) but I do hope that the rose-coloured spectacles have finally come off - for good.

This situation wasn't of your choice, it was forced on you but as you say, I'm sure the regrets will soon all be on his side.

    Enjoy the cinema.
  • Thanks Pollycat, it's just so much easier, not seeing him, obviously he'll be seeing the kids more soon, but it will be a handover job I think.
Except next Friday & the one after, when he will need to be here, though I'm not letting him stay.

  • hahaha
DFS has just rung, to ask how "I" am!!!
I'm fine thanks was the reply, then he asked about the kids, I said they're fine too, we're just off out,
    anywhere nice?
    Yes thanks, the cinema
I'm off around my Mums, ( hehehe he hates going around there!! ) I don't suppose he's got anywhere else to go
He spoke to the kids & said have a lovely day, I said Ok I will
He sounded really sad - that's because he is!!!
Now thinking of that old 80's song - I've got the power!!
I feel so much better that I'm not waiting for him, calling him, chasing him, I'm in charge of my destiny now & it feels great
