Night Kizzy,
I'm just in, have been dealing with a bit of a family crisis, we have someone that is not very well (drinnk problem). He is a mess, we are going to try and get him into a drying out place, well you will know all about this stuff, it would break your heart.
Hope you get a good sleep, you've done well today.

hey Kizz can see your light is still on just wanted to say good night and sleep well.
hope tomorrow goes well
(((((((((((((((((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))))))))))))))))))Nevertheless she persisted.0 -
I'm late to this thread Kizzy, but I feel awful and sorry that you're going through this with your husband. I have nothing useful to add but more hugs and hopes that you find a peaceful solution. I know lots of people have said this, but whatever the underlying cause your OH does sound depressed. I've experienced it unfortuantely and it does change you. I felt as though I was going through the motions while feeling absolutely nothing for anyone I "loved". Even my children I felt cut off from... and as for my husband... I almost began being destructive from that point, to prove to myself that I could feel something even if that something was horrible. I'm fine now. Talking about it helped but men find that less easy than us I know.
Thinking of you. I also lost a child - I don't know whether you read in my thread - the circumstances were different but it you ever felt like talking about it, please do pm me.

kiz, dont know how I have missed this thread over the last few days but I just wanted to say hey and that I empathise with you. Having never been married, i cant really imagine what you are going through but I have seen enough break ups in my time to know that you are an amazing girl. I have no idea what the future holds and I so admire you for wanting to keep things together, I do believe in the power of marriage and what the vows mean and so hope with everything that things work out. However, it will take commitment on both of your parts and so he has to be the one also making an effort - and a major one so allow him to do it by letting him reach an understanding on what he has and what he will lose and loving him through it all.DFW 228 LONG H 68

Thank You for thinking about me, not the best nights sleep & have got to think about doing something with the kids today to keep me busy & them happy!!
I also need to start packing for the hols, hate packing at the best of times, really can't be bothered now!! The holiday I was so excited about, just doesn't feel the same. Luckily it was a bit of a bargain from last minute.
I had to text him today as he needs to get the train tickets to the airport & hasn't got the family rail card, don't want him to get them without it. Also couldn't get a reply from his sister, so have asked him to ask her about the hamsters.
So I've had 3 texts from him now
Sorry forgot rail card will pick up later
Will ask sis about "rats" ( he does have a sense of humour still then! )
Can I get some money out?
How are you & the monkeys?

Hi Kizzy - sneaky post whilst at work
Glad to hear you sounding a little better. Hmmmm he does like texting doesn't he..... Perhaps staying at his Sister's is making him have a long, hard think (and we also don't know what she might be saying to make him have a hard long think). Intersting that he's asking if he can get some money out...... still deferring to you (he could just have drawn the lot out and thought stuff 'em!). Anyway, we'll have to se how his day goes then! Right, I can hear the boss coming back!
But I'm going to say this once, and once only, Gene. Stay out of Camberwick Green0 -
I initiated the texts this time though, I'm feeling a bit lonely today, I really want to talk to him, hope he's feeling the same way.
Also 7.45 this morning the phone rang one ring & stopped, witheld number, so that's got me all het up again!Comping again - wins so far : 2 V festival tix, 2 NFL tix, 6 bottles of wine, personalised hand soap, Aussie miracle conditioner
