I certainly wouldn't be asking him to take the kids with him, I wouldn't trust him.

  • Not quite the same but the boys mum dated a drink driver once. He'd been banned for two years for his first offence ( might have been wayyyy over the limit or knocked someone down maybe ) and he drove the boys from Weymouth to Bristol to take them all on holiday while still serving his ban. He'd also driven them back from Keynsham to Bristol one day when he'd had seven pints and half a bottle of wine.

I tried shopping him the next day but it's pointless, the police needed to have caught him at it which is easier said than done...

  • Night Gert - sleep well & don't keep apologising, it wasn't you;)
You have just shown us again, what a selfish, immature fool he is!!!

I'm off to bed I think, Sis going on hols tomorrow, so have just been on the phone to her.
Ex coming at 9am to look after kids whilst I go to housing dept, I bet they'll still be in bed when he gets here!
Have filled in as much as I can of income support forms, if they won't help will pop into job centre & see if they can help me. So things are moving along, even if it's a bit slow

    hi guys
Again I can only offer my sympathy and support. Gerti sorry but I would make sure you have a note of his drink driving, it is all evidence for later, if needed. And if he does decide to take the children, then 'emphasise' that he doesn't drink with them in the car, no matter what.

Kizzy hope you enjoy the 'new' old you tomorrow with your hair all done nice. I have finally had a hairdresser recommended to me, and I will be so glad to go! Good luck with Alton Towers, but don't forget NO TOUCHING or being happy families. Business like, amicable, but not a family.

SFH. Really sorry you are going through it so badly, does none of his family want to see your DS? Glad you all have friends who are rallying round.

I have an interesting question for all of you. If one of your friends had known absolutely that your OH were cheating, would you have wanted them to tell you?

I want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?
