  • Well, yes I'd say mine isn't that bad, that's probably why I want mine back!
Yesterday he was just saying he wants to do the best he can to make everything easy for me, by paying as much as he can & helping with the house & the children, he's not a bad person, just messed up.
This was before I told him I wanted him back etc.
I wish I had a fast forward button, so I could just get on with my life

  • Mrs dawn luckily mines not away now, but I know how you feel about spending uour evenings alone, I spent 4 & a half months of evenings alone & I feel more lonely than ever now. When he leaves after coming around to see the kids, I feel so sad that I'm going to spend the evening on my own yet again, when he's here & could be with me!
    Madness, it really is

Someone mentioned redecorating in an earlier post. Would recommend it, since I found out about his little fling I've redecorated and rearranged my living room and bedroom, I felt it was the only way I could get some control back in my life.
Everything felt tainted. It's difficult to explain, even though she'd never been to my house I felt like she'd invaded it just by me knowing about her.
I felt so much better I made my DH do the decorating and then I rearranged all the furniture, I felt much better and felt it was a step in the right direction(whichever that direction may be-still no idea:o ).

Just read this back to myself I sound like a nutter:eek: .

    Oh well...

  • Mrs Dawn - I re arranged and bought new furniture, partly due to work and partly due to breaking up with a guy, a new start is a good thing.

    you aren't nuts at all.
    Nevertheless she persisted.

you've got to the point I did with DH ( notice he's changed back to DH
I just wanted to say please don't get your hopes up too much that your OH will want to try again.

It comes over loud and clear how much you love him but as you say he IS confused and may be totally unintentionally giving you signals that you could be misinterpretting.

I do so hope not, but if it doesn't work out the way you want it to, you'll be even more devastated - even if you think you can't possibly feel any worse than you did when you found out he'd cheated.

    I know this from experience.

I'll join the nutters club - or should it be 'Potty Potters!!' If you wanna know why - PM me!!
Whilst talking, I asked him if he had had his new tattoo done (after finding the card in his wallet) - he has!! It's a question mark over his heart - but it looks like half a heart IYKWIM - He says he's waiting till he gets it finished - if he does!!
He just wants to take some pictures when he goes but he wants the house to stay on the market cos he says he can't afford to pay the mortgage for ever and this house share is only temporary until he either 'sorts his head out or gets somewhere else' his words!!
Am a bit sad at the moment, don't know if its the french bacardi or all thats going on - actually scrap that I'm streaming with tears whilst he bathes the kids!!
He's been playing all our songs on youtube loud enough so I can hear - is he being sadistic or just remebering the good times?
He says he's moving out first week of september. I've asked him to come to Kierans first day at school and he said he wouldn't miss it for the world. Think I will need a huge bottle of wine the night he goes!!!
Also agreed that on Sunday (his day off) he has the kids all day - I'll stay at a friends or my mums I think the saturday night - let the kids get used to having him all o themselves - actually hoping they have a crap time - how bad is that?!?!
Anyway still crying and will have to compose myself before they come back downstairs.
    Love to all
Made it - 15 years married!! Finally!! xx:beer:

Oh and he's not wearing his wedding ring on his finger anymore -its round his neck on his chain. Hadn't noticed before today - mainly cos I haven't beared to look at him without wanting to kick his head in!! He said he took it off the other day when I said in a fit of anger to our DS that his daddy obv didn't love him anymore seen as he didn't want to do anything with him:o !! Not happy with myself for saying that - I was angry at OH, no excuse for taking it out on DS i know but I did and now its in the past.

Gert - My DH isn't wearing his wedding ring anymore, because I've taken it off him, apparently he never wore it at work, because it kept getting caught on stuff at work and bent out of shape so he kept it on his key-ring.
It won't be out of shape anymore:rotfl: .
I might try and bend him out shape though.:p
