We are with Atlantic for gas on an IGT network, they do not yet charge more than other gas supplies.Too many children, too little time!!!0

The Scottish Power man who was here today told us they are putting prices up 20% soon and then another 20% in a month or two.0

I've switched to British Gas Price Guarantee 2009, £50 a year cheaper than EDF's new prices and £15 cashback.
It'll take 4-6 weeks to switch so whats stopping me giving EDF a meter reading dated yesterday to take into account my usage up until the switch (ie getting my future usage at the previous cheaper prices).Cashback earned
Quidco : £858
Pigsback : £20 and a Beatles CD.0 -

I can guarantee you they won't tell their doorstep salesmen when they are putting their prices up. This is someone scaremongering.Says James, in my opinion, there's nothing in this world

Based on my annual usage my electric will cost £24 more a year and gas £135 more a year, a total of £159.
These prices are still less than if I switch to a capped tarrif!
:T Thats right, capped tariffs are subject to a hefty price increase in the first place, IMO a lot of people would be better off staying on the cheapest variable rate tariff that they can and switching supplier every 2/3 months and get 60.00ish cashback each time. :beer:0 -

I just compared on 2 different sites, same supplier for electric came up, Scottish Power but showed £170 year difference for same tariff. Just checked their own website and it is same as the more expensive one. How come Moneysupermarket shows it so much cheaper?Too many children, too little time!!!0
