Hi Everyone,
Sorry not posted got hayfever starting and I feel like my heads in a fog, been getting plenty of sleep tho, going to see if i can get anything better than I've got for it today, sick to death of blowing my nose, and feeling carp.
Can't remember who needs a kick up the bum, but come on it's nearly the weekend, and here in sunny Yorkshire it might reach double figures today in the temperature, and as we all know it's only when it wamrs up we do eat better and the diets will be easier to stick to.0 -
Hello my fabby friends,
sarah I do apologise for not being here to entertain youI've been seething with frustration as it would appear that I'm being censored  Each time I've tried to post more than 2 lines I get told that I need to register .... when I'm already logged in  . I've lost so many posts on the Quest I was wondering whether I should just let it die
. I've lost posts on the clothes challenge  & I've lost posts on here   . I have been soooooo furious that I just havent even turned the pc on for a couple of days & have had to consume vast quantities of chocoloate just to keep me stabilised :rotfl: .
I cannot ever remember being so physically tired in my life  . I've been out doing 2 hours of job 2 everyday, then I come home & start job 1, collect DD from school, do more job of job 2, make a meal, wash up, have a bath, spend an hour preparing for the next days job 1 & then fall asleep.
All this & I have not managed to lose a single pound or even half an inch & it's just not fairI've lost nearly all my nails on one hand so have now resorted to wearing leather gloves as protection aganst vicious letterboxes, snarling dogs & the general unclean appearance of many many front doors
I need to start playing the lottery again / rich husband & quickly too.
Shoe Gal : nag, nag, nag
eco - bless you & sypmpathy on hayfever
Going to attempt posting elswhere now ...

Hi Girls
A speedy posting!
My flatmate has had the cunning DFW plan to not pay our broadband so we have finally been cut off so I can't spend ages reading the threads and catching up in the evenings like I used to.
There is more to the story but suffice it to say he had better get it sorted asap!
Also I'm off on hols tomorrow for two weeks so not gonna be around but hope you all have a fab weekend and I'm sure I'll come back and you will all be toned and super slim etc etc
Take care y'all!I've got my own flat :j:j
Now I have to pay the bills
And feed my interiors addiction0 -

Hi sarah,
I'm sure I've just seen a tumbleweed blowing through this treadnot sure why it's gone all quiet but I think that's quite enough now & we need to get back to normal.
Happy holiday to makeup, & Bowski I'm sure yours is imminent too so happy holiday to you as well.
I have been so busy today that I think I may have to relax with some wine & hopefully a bit of SAID chat tonight  .
I was very excited this morning to jump on the scales & see that I've lost 4lbs :j , I'm a lot less excited now that I've just consumed 4 pieces of toast & a cinnamon whirl. It's all tatcos fault for not having any salad I liked, I'm fine if I have chicken, ham, fish & salady stuff ... if not then I leap straight back into the bread & pasta regime  .
Anyone heard from The Tall Dark Qute One or is he still busy blowing big holes deep under Australia
bye for now

Hi sarah,
I'm sure I've just seen a tumbleweed blowing through this tread
I know, I saw it too!Where is everyone? Am getting worried I have accidentally posted something very offensive and everyone has abandoned me, or that everyone had got a boyfriend/girlfriend and cleared their debts.
Well done Lula on the 4lbs, with all this walking you will be able to eat toast and cinnamon whirls to your hearts content and still lose weight:D *quietly seethes with jealousy*Pay/save £20k in 2010 £5888.75/£20,000June Mini target 0/5lbs Total 23/40Ebay profit 2010: March £207:) April £95:) May £130:) June £0 Total £432:j0 -
*breathes sigh of relief that sarah hasnt abandoned thread in favour of new secret one *
Hello :j
rest assured that there are no men & no monies in my life  There is however the small matter of the 2 egg mayo sarnies that I've just consumed for fear of going beyond the best before date ( that's my excuse & I'm sticking to it) oh & the packet of crisps as a side dish :rotfl: .
I am so very stupidI am very careful about what I eat for 2 whole weeks, exercise daily ( purely because of the job  ) lose 4lbs & I bet you a large cream cake that by tomrrow morning that 4lbs will have magically reappeared  .
Well done on your debt freeness... well rebalancing the debt / savings ratio anyway :A
Are we drinking tonight ? there is a rather pretty rioja chilling away & all ready to leap out & throw itself down my throat if necessary. Or on the other hand are we now being terribly mature & sipping water with lemon

Hi everybody :hello:
I have not abandoned the thread, just been busy this week! But I would so love to have left the thread for one - or preferably both (!) of Sarah's reasons - being debt free or loved up :rotfl: :rotfl:
Well done Lula on the weight loss :j , sounds like a lovely side effect of your new job
Thanks everybody who has nagged me this week :T , have been a bit rubbish at completing my list  Have managed to lose 2lbs, the 2lbs I put on last weekApart from that have been pretty rubbish at the rest  Certainly not managed any exercise and my budgeting this month has been awful!!! It's only 13th and I'm pretty much spent up  All bills are paid but I have practically nothing left to live on - so I bought a magazine on the way home tonight! Anybody spotting a pattern to where I'm going wrong? :rotfl: :rotfl:
I have to go shopping over the weekend for something to wear to a family party next week - with my weight I don't think this shopping trip is going to be the best ever
What's everybody's plans for the weekend?

Hey Shoe Gal,
I've had a hideously busy week too & am so glad that tomorrow morning I dont have to set my alarm, I just love saturday mornings.
I spent a lovely induglent 20 minutes in a waiting room this week... lovely because there were magazines to flick through  I just darent buy any because then I'll want clothes, shoes, bags, make up, belts, & feel really crap because I cant have any & I'm still too big for my bones  . I was so chuffed to see the scales but I did all my measurements & havent lost any inches at all so I bet it was a fluke.
I have a family meal to go to tomorrow but other than that I plan to catch up on the household chores that have been neglected & maybe get out into the garden if the weather's good.
Sympathy on the shopping trip, hate having to buy stuff when I know I wont feel good in it - waste of time & money0
