Hi Sarah, it has been quiet this weekend  , has everybody been out having fun???? :rotfl:

Like you, I start the diet again tomorrow :o I have put weight on :o and am now heavier than when I started   Am really annoyed with myself, I have a party in 2 weeks and a wedding in 4 weeks and I'm desperate to buy something to wear but everything I try on looks awful

Tomorrow needs to be a new start - am sick of saying that, have to make it happen this time

Hi peeps - I had a read through some stuff a friend of mine sent me last night and I think I've got 'social phobia'. Woo hoo! There's a name for being rotten in social situations! Reading through the symptoms, I SOOOOOOO have that - sweating, heart racing, discomfort, fear, dread..................only thing is that it's not an issue for me unless I'm forced to go places I don't want to go.

Feeling good today. Was in work yesterday to make up for the fact that I was off until Thursday last week. Holidays are great until you get back into the office and people don't even let you get your jacket off before stressing, "HAVE YOU SEEN THE EMAIL FROM......................" er, no, because I've not got my jacket off far less switch the PC on and digest whatever you think is urgent but which I think can wait until I've had a coffee :p

Other people stressing stresses me out, not me!

P.S. Shoegal, you'll regret saying you want nagged!!! My list consists of getting to Friday with money in my pocket (it's pay day - YAHOO!!!!), watching the Liverpool game without making so much noise that they neighbours think there's a murder up here, oggle intensely every picture of Jose that appears in the papers this week, and remember to return a library book that is well overdue! I'll nag you, and you can nag me - nags together!
Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!

    Hey hon,

have also been feeling very rubbish ... so maybe if I nag you into being more positive, you can then nag me back

I'm overweight & under-rich  You are a fabby lovely Shoe Gal who has just been named employee of the month & you are going on your holiday soon so think bikini  & get exercising :D

annoying but true fact : the more you exercise the better you will feel whether you like it or not so just think of it as muscle medicine; not a s snuggly as a duvet or sofa but will make you fitter & feel better in the long term :D

    bye for now

Hi all, where the heck is everyone:confused: seems to be very quiet on all my favourite threads at the moment.

Had the day from hell at work:mad: and am worn out, just had burger and chips as too lazy to cook, sure to help with the diet, on Sunday I will be posting that I haven't lost any weight and that I'm not sure why. Hmmm:rolleyes:

Have almost completed my get it done list but am too lazy to wash car, make a pile of books for the charity shop or sew my jumper so will have to remain unfinished for now. Just cannot get motivated. :o Need to take some books to the charity shop though, I have decided to be ruthless as I need the space and I have loads of books I will never read again or be any use for reference.

My cheque has appeared on online banking so am now debt free:j :j :j Sadly though, I still have debts:rolleyes: it just means I have more savings than debts, won't count myself as debt free until all the debts are gone. I know I could have paid some things off but just could not bear to part with the money, I want it to be mine:D Was a very close run thing as several payments were due to bounce tomorrow, a situation I haven't been in for a very long time. Has made me feel very anxious indeed.

I went into the bank to pay some money into my savings and asked the man behind the counter to check what interest rate I am currently getting, this time last year it was about 5% I think, now it is 0.2% Luckily I don't have enough in there for it to make any real difference, but still:rolleyes:

Lula, I refuse to believe that the more I exercise the better I will feel, I always feel at my best snuggled up in bed with the radio on and a glass of wine to hand:D Muscle medicine? :D

Shoe Gal, how is your list going? Consider yourself nagged!:D
