I know, I eat comfort food all the time. I'm stressed/busy/bored and that's my reward. I buy veg and it goes off because it isn't yummy. Don't think I've ever had a cake go off  I know from past experience that if I lose half a stone that spurs me on, it's losing the first bit that is the killer. I need to win the lottery and hire a personal trainer. I hate exercise, it's so boring

is boasting really necessary

it's not a good thing! I have stuck to my "junk food only once a week" and my "buy lunch at work only once a week" but it's only been a week!
Does eating the leftover pizza for breakfast mean that it counts as 2x a week? Or is it DFW as it saved me money on breakfast???The size of a glory hole in an open pit should not be greater than the cross-section of the haul trucks that dump into it.
