    Hiya Bowski,

good to hear from you again & you're right : less lurking & more posting please :D .

I am so with you on the food waste, didnt you find you put on weight when DD was a toddler ? I would eat my meal then finish her leftovers :o took me years to work out I should just serve her less  .

How long til Benidorm ? yes :o you & me on a diet as from sunday  . No more vanilla slices & if you're worried about food going to waste then how about putting it out for the birds ? That's what I do now, far better to watch them getting fat than me ;) . We are going to lose 2lbs every week  .

You're on Missus!!! 5 weeks and 4 days till benidorm :j 2lb a week would suit me down to the ground so consider me in! But it starts tomorrow for me! Defo no vanilla slices from now on and I shall declare all bad things on here as a deterrant! I'm going to learn to throw food away, 80p for a blinking Vanilla slice but 2lb on the waistline... It's just NOT worth it! Not for the next 5 weeks anyways. I shall reconsider soon as I'm back :p

Thankyou for the encouragement, I'm feeling strong !
    Have I ever told you you're 'f**kin FABULOUS!' ;):D

P.S. I don't know who Theo Walcott is, am I showing my age?:D

No, he is a footballer, I only really know him because he was one of the youngest to play for England (possibly???) and his girlfriend got her GCSE results while he was away at the World Cup or Euro something or other. Believe me I didn't recognise him but there was a young lad in front of us asked for his autograph and then my friend realised who it was. I thought he was from a boy band......

I'm on snow-watch now as my friend was working late and is now stuck on a train and not sure if she is going to reach home so possibly I will have to provide shelter. Am desperately tidying up in anticipation....Flylady will strike me off list if she knew how messy I am despite following her emails!!! :rotfl:
I've got my own flat :j:j

Now I have to pay the bills

And feed my interiors addiction ;)

Are you suggesting that my method is doomed to failure  I swear that I have never felt the urge to chomp on broccoli in case it goes off.

I'd love some snow right now, tis nearly 30 degrees in our office even with the air-con going full whack!
The size of a glory hole in an open pit should not be greater than the cross-section of the haul trucks that dump into it. Otherwise, you are bound to lose a truck, sooner or later. Source: Sergio Cha
