I will be free in less than three years with a trust deed - my only option as debt management was taking too long0 -
Night night, sleep tight etc etcThe size of a glory hole in an open pit should not be greater than the cross-section of the haul trucks that dump into it. Otherwise, you are bound to lose a truck, sooner or later. Source: Sergio Cha
I'm sorry for the demon I've become but you should be sorry for the angel you are not.0 -
Not much, trying to spend time with as many friends as physically possible while I'm here. Been catching up with lots of people and smoking lots of "special" cigarettes to make up for the 6months I didn't (blood tests for visa
)
Flying back on the 16th... going to see Bleeding Through on the 18th back on Oz.
What are you doing then? Tell me something random...
Well, right now I'm frowning cos ManU have just lost against Derby
My festive madness has calmed down now after a week in Manchester visiting the family (made infinitely easier by the same brand of ciggies you smoke)
Not been up to much else, really, it's just mad busy at work right now as I've started a massive global project that should run for 18-24 months. Hope to get some travelling in though, so that should make it more fun!
So, something random.... I kissed a girl and I liked it! :rotfl:£27k (excluding interest) paid off in 29 months

SuSu where will you be going travelling?0

Crikey, we haven't planned that far ahead yet! My boss and I are meeting tomorrow to start the planning process. It'll be mainly UK-based for the next 6 months or so though - till the project gets properly underway - but as I work for a global company I could be going anywhere I guess! My pal's relocating to Angola soon, so it'd be great to get out there to visit her!
I travel a bit as it is anyway (been to Portugal and Chicago x 2 in the last 6 months) but quite like the idea of seeing new places though. Need to play it cool with the boss - don't want to seem too keen to get those airmiles!!£27k (excluding interest) paid off in 29 months

you could wangle a trip to oz and visit TDQO, never been to chicago what's it like?0
-
haha! Yeah, I'm sure TDQO would love that! Actually, I never really fancied Australia, but my former boss (now friend) is Australian and she moved back there 12 months ago so I'd like to go & visit her. Perhaps when I've collected enough airmiles, eh? (I've only got enough to go to Finland at the mo!)
Chicago's just lovely! I went there in June and had the weekend to myself before the rest of the team arrived on Tuesday, so I got the train downtown on Sunday and spent the whole day sightseeing. Did you see any of the coverage when Obama won the election? I've got pictures of that giant silver jellybean that's outside the parkThere was a gospel competition going on in that park when I was there - there were 1000s of people there and it was amazing!
We went back in October but I didn't have any time for sightseeing as I had to come home and move house! It's such a beautiful city and I'd love to explore it again if I get to go again (our office is being relocated to Houston)
I'm really hoping my boss wasn't joking when he said we might have to go out to the West Coast of America in April/May...!!!
Hey, if it saves me having to spend money on a holiday...!!£27k (excluding interest) paid off in 29 months
