    :eek: sorry, thought you'd gone too :o what time is over there ? What kind of coal mine research, arent we meant to be going renewable or nuclear ?

    It's 11.30am... I'm currently trying to find out exactly how many coal mines there are in new south Wales, Queensland and New Zealand, how much they produce and what equipment they use. This is so my boss can try and sell them more equipment.

    I had no idea of the scale of the coal industry until I came over here, I'll keep it simple and tell you that worldwide we burn BILLIONS of tons of coal every year to generate power, make steel, cement and all sorts...

    Hmmmm, that sounds like a fairly momentous task for you :eek: Reminds me of the task I had to do once : discover every bar, restaurant, coffee shop etc in london, find out what juice they stocked & then try to persuade them to buy my boss's instead :rolleyes: .

    Yeh there are a fair few of them...

    I was sleepy when I got here, couldn't sleep last night because I was too excited about coming home!

    I'm just back for a holiday, got a month to get up to mischief... be as nosy as you want, no-one here takes the slightest interest in me so it's a pleasant change!
