I don't have a problem with the frock thing (obviously). I do have trouble co-ordinating everything with black shoes.
Can you help?

You need one pair of black shoes and one pair of brown shoes. That's it!! They'll go with everything!
My going out shoes are the only decadent thing I have from my past - they're pink sequinned shoes and usually go with pretty much everything!£27k (excluding interest) paid off in 29 months

Should that be "I had a pink furry hot water bottle ?
As well as a spare quilt, I hope you've got a spare bottle too. It's freezing cold tonight, and I'm just off to fill mine shortly.

Nah, it's still pink and furry... well it will be once it's dried off.

Hmmm,
I usually buy clothes on a 'see it, want it, oops now I've got it' basis, there's no need about it, but occasionally there is a neeeed which means that I will truly be psychologically damaged if I dont have it  .
I bought a fab dress last summer ( ok, ok, i bought shoes too ) to wear on holiday in order to snare passionate spanish type... I didnt wear it as I was too damn FAT  . I want to wear that dress this summer & feel/look good in it, I've already paid for it but had no pleasure out of it. There are many more items like this. If I buy new clothes they will have to be a larger size, then i'll get used to being that size, build up a wardrobe.... can you see where I'm going with this ?
I also think there should be a contigency amount of say another £100 for special events like weddings etc. Parties where potential eligibles may be lurking dont count as special, ie a man that only likes you for your outfit is not worthy.0 -
I go for black and chocolate brown suede shoe-boots (girly shoes, but I wear trousers or v long skirts all the time). I prefer suede because it's softer than leather, but it really does depend on your own preference.
I have black and brown boots as well. Well, if you can call them boots - they're Converse All Star high tops. Brilliant they are - go with all my lazy clothes
That should do you, but what do I know? I hate shopping!! :rotfl:£27k (excluding interest) paid off in 29 months
