Therefore, any other year and I'd be able to do your £100 challenge, but I really need to build up my wardrobe next year. Thing is... most of my money seems to go on bras (apologies boys for this bit of girl-talk), but my boobs seems to be three different sizes a month
[/quote]
I changed from depo to the implant, it took me months to work out why once a month my boobs were so tender, apparently it's one of the symptoms, and to be honest i was sure they were bigger, well the pain probably had something to do with that.0 -

sarah's right you can't sleep there, get youself shifted quick before he falls asleep
He's out tonight (work's do I think). I could sneak in and hope he's so drunk he doesn't notice...
Actually, that reminds me of when I was in my early 20s (last century!) and my male pal and I were out on the pop one night. We got back to the flat, absolutely hammered, and crashed out in the same bed. I had short hair at the time and both of us have really bad eyesight, so when we woke up in the morning he looked over at me from the other side of the bed, squinted, and said "who're you?" to which I replied, in my deepest early-morning voice, "I'm Dave".
Honestly, I've never seen a man move as quickly as he did that morning! :rotfl:£27k (excluding interest) paid off in 29 months

I'm eu naturelle in that department (having been single for six years it seems a waste of good chemicals) - so it's just Ma Nature and her cruel humour that makes me chesticles sore, grow, shrink.... bl**dy things!£27k (excluding interest) paid off in 29 months

Evening all
Nice to see we're getting into the Christmas spirit!
Susu1971, sounds like you've been on the Lem Sip, girl. Must be in a pretty bad way if you can't tighten the top of the HWB. And a women who hates clothes shopping? Is it the clothes bit or the shopping bit you hate?
Being dragged around Bluewater shopping centre for hours on end and not spending a penny (my ex), now that's a "Hate clothes shopping" experience:eek: .
LulaHula. A women who spends £100 a year on clothes? I'm a bloke and even my budget is bigger than that!:rotfl:Target acheived: _party_ Mortgage offset in June 2012!_party_Mortgage = -£98Endowment = £0Investments = £40,247[STRIKE]Deficit[/STRIKE] / Surplus = £40,149(at 22/09/2017)"Don't spend then save, save then spend!"0 -
Sarah,
It's ok, sit down & have an emergency crunchie / drink & breathe deeply.
When I say clothes; that doesnt include any form of underwear, footwear :heartpuls , accessories :heartpuls or any gift vouchers / money gifts / money already saved for eg quidco ( cunningly thought out to leave room for maneouvre) .
I hate to fail a challenge & think that if I have to confess/declare every purchase I make then it will definitely make me reconsider every potential purchase.
I admit that as I work from home & have the social life of a panda & could easily go 2 weeks wearing different clothes every day without having to do any washing then it shouldnt be that hard  .
It is my biggest weakness
It will also encourage more weight loss.
Does it sound less scary now ?
I was also pondering £100 of clothes spending as a reward for losing half a stone, as I want to lose 2 stone I could do that 4 times and then all the lovely things I already have would fit so I wouldn't need much else. It might spur me on if I knew there was a clothing reward at the end. The problem is I never buy clothes based on need. It is always want. So I would get the clothing reward whether I lost weight or not
Just remembered will be bagging an Italian intellectual in 2009 so will need nice clothes anyway. That makes it a need not a want. Problem solved:jPay/save £20k in 2010 £5888.75/£20,000June Mini target 0/5lbs Total 23/40Ebay profit 2010: March £207:) April £95:) May £130:) June £0 Total £432:j0 -

Hi Smiley
I hate clothes shopping. I have work clothes and "lazy" clothes and that's it. I'm having to borrow a frock for my work's Christmas do on Tuesday - going to pick it up on Saturday and I hope a) it fits and b) it goes with my going out shoes!
I used to have loads of clothes, shoes and handbags, but I've had so many clearouts in the last few years that I see clothes now as a need to have rather than a want to have. I only buy something if it goes with 4/5 other things in my wardrobe and I rotate my clothes to death before replacing them. I'm going to have to go shopping this weekend to get something to wear for my date next week. Don't really want to wear work clothes or trackies! But, if I can't find it within one hour in M&S I'll go back home :rotfl:£27k (excluding interest) paid off in 29 months

I don't have a problem with the frock thing (obviously). I do have trouble co-ordinating everything with black shoes.
Can you help?
