    Hey SBC,

    You're such a wit ;)

Seriously the only set of scales I've ever owned are my kitchen ones :p
  • can anyone suggest GOOD TASTY snack food - I am a grazer and survived today on chocolate and tea and other crap.

I go through phases like that but I've gotten into the habit of snacking on peanuts, fresh fruit, carrot sticks with homemade dips & stuff like that.

It took a bit of time to make it a habit but I feel a lot better for it.
  • I did a tescos on line shop!

I should be able to eat better next week, even managed to point some of it too.

    am so sleepy.

    night all xxxx
    Nevertheless she persisted.

hiya all, well yesterdays circuit class was a lot easier than id imagined...was good fun...although hair stuck to my face in not a very good look at the end of it! still its worth it in the fight for losing the weight and to feel a bit healthier!

moneywise day good, no spend at all other than some recorded delivery letters for mum which i could ask her for cash back on...but i wont! lol

hope you are ok everyone...very quiet!!!

  • Congrats SunderlandBlackCat and well done Yargo1. I have just come back from one of the worst gym sessions ever. And I have to run 10 miles in about 3 weeks time. Never mind, I'll keep plodding on.

Food-wise, I've done quite badly this week. Eaten a lot of chocolate.

Singleton-wise, I'm having a few nice chats on plenty of fish and my go for a drink with someone soon.

    Money-wise I'm just skint!

    Hope everyone is ok?

    Good evening people,

congrats to SBC - great news :D

Good news is I didnt have to pay excess on my credit card & have £50 deposit to go back on it from car hire place

More good news is I didnt have to cook dinner tonight because ...

Bad news is we went out for dinner & I choffed (new word ;)) chicken with bacon & cheese slices + new potatoes & peas then helped DD with her chocolate fudge cake sundae  .

More bad new is DD having a 'sleepover' tomorrow so there will be sausage rolls, mini pizzas, crisps, dips & a fab chocolate hedgehog cake to consume :o .

I'm so fed up with eating & spending that as from saturday I'm going to do as little as possible for the next 10 weeks - well that's the latest plan anyway

    Rolling off to bed now
    G'nite
