Hi Ossiereo,
thanks for that timely reminder; I was starting to weaken over the last couple of days, had some nice text conversations & was starting to feel that 'secure' feeling of knowing someone. Then after that phone conversation it just all came flooding back to me as to why I ended it in the first place, so you are absolutely right.
Anyway, have had another text from him but deleted it without reading & have deleted his number from my phone too.
DD & I went to Chessington yesterday & we had such a nice day, went on all the rides we wanted to, ate when we wanted to & she doesnt moan at my driving either  .
Friends & I reckon that after a couple of years of being with someone you pretty much know what they're like & as you said in a previous post, people dont really change . So, a guy that rings me to tell me that he cant look after himself, ie get out of bed in the morning, means that he wants to be looked after for the rest of his life... .
Yep, I'm single & in debt & I dont think that's going to change for a year or two.
With regard to you & the scot - I hope you manage to sort out your different methods, it's a tricky one but my advice would be to just take things slowly & not get too invoved too quick - keep the romance & anticipation going for as long as possible, not easy when there's a big passion I know  .

Oh Tony,
you might well be the only blokie in the world that I dont want emasculate todayI'm trying very hard to move on to the future , it just seems that my xbf not hearing me . He sent me a text earlier saying he remembered I'd offered to pick him up from the airport tomorrow
 I think NOT.
Good new is that I've been so enraged today that I've only managed to eat breakfast ( bowl of fruit n fibre) & dinner (spag bol made with quorn).
If the 'Angry Diet' seems to work I may well hire out the kitchen company & stupid woman who reversed into my car as weight loss aids
Must go play with some knives & photos of the xbf now
Sarah, are we meant to be weighing in today or wednesday ?

Hello people.. hope you're all ok. I'm still doing totally naff on this weeks diet. Defo gonna do better next week (deja vu?!) lol
Lula, I hope everything goes ok tomorrow, it will probably get harder before it gets any easier but just keep thinking of all the reasons you don't want him. And don't let him use DD as an excuse to see you.
Sounds like you and your DD had a great weekend, it's nice to have a treat every now and again isn't it. We had a great weekend too, went to Windermere for a picnic, it was a glorious day and I really fancied a drive. Glad I went it was sooo nice and didn't spend too much.
Dollydumpling..sounds like you're ok about not losing this week. Keep it up and it will eventually come offI know how hard it is to think like that tho, you want to see results quickly!!
