I love that Holy Freaking Kack pants is being used! ha ha ha!
Yes sadly Sarah I have lost 0 pounds! did two 12 hour day this week and have eaten EVERYTHING in sight.
Yesterday on the bus, staring into space minding my own business, I saw my exbf's car parked - he was out working I could see (flaming bus stopped at traffic lights) him in the house. I felt awful, it was such a shock to see him. or his car at least. I felt actual pain in my ribs? I just begun to think I was getting over him.
So what's this Christmas Challenge all about then?
suppose I'd better read up!!
xxNevertheless she persisted.0 -

Hey everyone,
Sarah - amend that list immediately please - I lost a whole pound tonight
Although to be honest it was only because I went to give blood, so it doesnt really countThe nurse also told me I HAD to eat some chocolate to help me recover from the loss :rotfl: I love donating
Bowski - glad to hear you're not putting yourself down& like you say I think that having been a young parent & single one too it does give you a lot of insight into how hard family life can be. I think my karma definitely needs topping up so when I'm all calm again I may well look into it, thanks for the encouragement.
Re the car  I spoke to the garage & the insurance co, engineer is going to look at it next monday. I've also spoken to my brokers - dont understand why/how/or whatever but they are the ones who actually find insurers for me - & finally had a conversation with someone who explained all the options & actually made me feel like I was in control of the situation . ( sorry boys, but she was a woman - says it all  ). so, I have to hang fire til the engineers report & then ring her back to discuss & if I dont want it written off she will help me to get 3rd partys insurers to pay the repair bill, I think!!
On a lighter note - it was dark when we left the blood session & it took me 10 minutes to find out how to turn the lights onthis modern technology scares me :rotfl: it has a banging stereo though
Had a day off from the workmen today - the floor layer popped in to drop off his materials & very cute he is too. The xbf has reared his head again
& still doesnt seem to get that he's Xbf, am now starting to feel anxious about his iminent returnas I know he's just going to start turning up when he feels like it again & now DD keeps asking when he's coming back  .
anyway, sorry for hijacking thread but on a good note I havent spent any money today :j
Hope everyone happy

Well doe Ossierio, 3.5lb is fab! Happy Birthday for yesterday, and well done with your competition, had a look at the link, looks fabby!
Lula, that is quite frankly the best weight loss tip I have ever heard. And being TOLD to eat chocolate!
Have updated list and am mightily relieved I am not the only one who is at 0lb.
Bowski, am keeping you at 0, we don't count weight gain on the Holy Freaking Kack Pants super duper diet, but if you lose the pound next week we will count that. Well I'm sticking to that plan sarah, it sounds a good un lol
I've had a packet of crisps todayI don't feel good for it atall. But that is the only bad thing I've had! Although I haven't anything good like fruit or veg either..eek! Mainly carbs...booo!!
Home-start went well today, I was soooo nervous on my way there but as soon as I walked thru the door I know everything was going it be fine, and it was!
Lula, I know what you mean about the ex, you've just got to stay strong. Try and keep everything on your terms if possible. and remember we're here to support you should you need it. If I was you I'd try prepare myself for a few weeks of mixed feelings, there's no doubt it's going to be hard. Just remember strong strong strong strong strong!! Is what you are!!
Good to hear you're going to have a nice bit of eye candy to perv on when you're getting your flooring done, you lucky devil !!
Buffy I know how you feel about seeing your ex's car...I always used to feel like that when I seen my ex or his family even! And i WAS over him. Sometimes its just the shock of it, I'm sure it will get easier each time you see him. Thats the good thing about my recent ex, he lives 82 miles away so not much chance of randomly bumping to him or any of his friends
Does anyone have any plans for this weekend?? I;m off out tomorrow, I'm going to be a bore again and not drink but I'm going to some spiritual church thing first, there's something on and that costs a fiver to get in and I'll only be takin £10 out with me so I guess not drinking is my only option lol I'll take my car too so don't have to worry about taxisInitial Debt July 2020 - £6,772.80

Morning everyone - hope we're all ok? I'm so freaking happy it's finally Friday - this feels like the longest week ever! Still haven't heard back from the interview so have put it out of my mind for now. Went out last night and accidentally drank some wine and then had a big burger with blue cheese and mushrooms (counts as one of my five a day maybe?!). I am helping my friend to move flats tomorrow though so will be burning it all off again...sort of. Maybe I was imagining it but my bum defnitely looked bigger this morning!
The sun is shining here so planning on a walk at lunchtime - my slight wine head could do with the fresh air!
Ladies with the troublesome exes - stay strong. I still feel sick when I see or hear from mine - no idea why. I'm really not pining after him or anything - I think it's natures way of reminding you why you're better off without them!

As soon as floor man has finished we're off shopping & as new shiny & tiny fridge/frezzer being delivered on monday we cant buy much food so I'm expecting the pounds to be throwing themselves off me0 -
