Right I'm going to pop into town as I have a doctor's appointment at 3.40 and I'll have a bit of a wander first.

Right.. off to gut a bedroom.. if I can find the keys I'll do the girls room but if not I'll do the boys room.. and I'm sending someone in to DS1's room as I appear to have a massive beaker deficit.

Mountain of laundry to fold but I doubt it'll go anywhere while I whizz the vacuum about and throw things in the bin!

I am no good in the heat - kids still collapsed in front of the tv.

I have got the cake in the oven and I have nearly found the table - we'll be eating outside as it is a wee bit hot by the AGA where we usually dine.

Early long baths for the kids and hoping it will be cooler tomorrow.

OH not due home until really late and then is leaving at 7:00 with DS1 for the 20/20 cricket final (watching not playing for a change) and they are away over night. Might see if mum wants a small child (or 2!)

All - I have a family fun book of vouchers for days out - I only need the local ones so if any of you are planning a day trip post here and I'll see if there is a coupon.

I am sweating like 3 bears in the same jumper.. I need a cuppa...

Upstairs is all vac'd through though.. just waiting for DS2 to get his bedroom floor reasonably visible and I'll vac that and bring Henry down the stairs and vac through down here.. the landings look nice though.. and the bathrooms.. and the stairs.. lol

My best news is that another £25 has cleared on quidco so I'll be £82 up this month!.. that will cover the crappet for the landings or the middle room..
