    Morning ladies

So far today I have .......................... chatted, I can talk for England! Dusty's report would be dusty talks far too much, she only stays focused when there is nobody else around so god only knows what she will acheive in the next 6 weeks - I've still got 3 phone calls to make

DG - hope you LO gets better too - I have a pig of a headache - putting it down to the weather at present as it is very heavy here

Serena well done on your DS's resutls mine has his too 6,7,8 so he has done well although the 6 (science) is being looked at by the school as he was predicted a 7 and evidentally it is close on marks. Have a fantastic holiday.

Justamum you sound so down, whatever you look like it is who you are that counts and we know you are a great person I hope you can get the oil sorted out some how.

I shout I my kids way too much. I am going to challenge myself over the holidays to be kinder to them. There are 2 lovely stories (those email ones) about shouting a kids one about flowers and one about an old lady - does anybody know what I mean? I'll see if I can find them later.

Hex great news about your little one and heights. I think that is a real lesson with kids, the things that we find frustrating are just about always passing phases, it is just at the time we don't know that.

Must get on before DS finishes school or I'll have achieved nothing today at all.

Going to get 2 of the phone calls done and then put the washing out.

    HHC 11:30-12:00 anyone?

Serena.. is your DS in year 9?? Our KS3 SATs aren't out yet as there was a massive error on the system and it shuffled all the results so they are being remarked.. I thought it was national.. but they are good results.. well done him for trying so hard!

Michelle.. it just shows you make a massive difference to your students.. that is why their results were so much better this year.. congratulations!!

Justamum.. you are most definitely NOT a gargoyle.. nor are you 'just a mum' you are so much more.. you are a much loved friend, a beautiful kind generous giving person.. now behave yourself.. and believe me.. almost everyone thinks they are not beautiful.. but most people are!!

Boddy.. big big hugs for you, DD and GS's.. we had a friend go missing for a month and was found in a horrific state.. you have my utmost sympathy xxxx

Mudbath.. Hope the appointment goes ok.

    Dusty.. count me in..

I have a minor problem.. you know the college course I applied for and they think I can manage a 3 HOUR assessment.. *yawn*.. I can't find anyone to watch the monsters!! Wonder what they would do if I turned up with them all ... LMAO.. I don't think I can go.. this should be interesting!!

Oh.. and I got a letter saying from 21st July my child benefit was changing.. to the same amount it has been since April.. so where that came from I have no idea!

    Best go find a list...

Mrs MEISTER.. where are you hun? Do you need a kcik??? Or has she trolled off on some jollies and I forgot because I am a goldfish... hope all is well with you all xx

    Hi everyone!
Just popped on to check todays list before I go to hospital.
Justamum chin up pet - you are a beautiful person inside and thats what matters - I dont know you but I am 100% sure you were beautiful on your wedding day and still are - its only the way we look at ourselves - I know how you feel - I have put on 3 stones with having to take steroids and think I look like a beached whale - one of my friends even said that to me ( how kind of her!!) - you were feeling down because of all the pressure with your budget and then we dont like ourselves do we? YOU ARE NOT A GARGOYLE!!

Have you asked the oil company to let you pay the down payment in installments - I mean pay a bit extra along with your monthly payment if you could manage that - dont mean to be condescending/ rude/ cheeky. Or are you on any benefits you could get an emergency loan that comes off your benefits - its interest free and they only take a few pounds a fortnight over a quite a long period. Even if you are not on benefits it might be still worth asking as I am guessing you might have children?
Will keep thinking while I am waiting on my appointment.

have to go now or I will miss my bus!!!

    Hugs to all
    TF xx:o
    Peace will be mine
could do better - must try harder

    Morning everyone.

Have just come back from meeting my daughter and her friend. She made me    . Apparently where the my GS2 and the others have been fishing is a dangerous place and people have been warned about going there for years. They climb down a cliff and go through a hole in a fence onto pier which has rotten boarding.  Also mentioned something about a ledge. I honestly had to bite my tongue as she is in a bad enough state. It could have been my grandson.  He is blaming himself but DD has talked to him. He isnt going back there again he said. Too right he isnt. DD wants to go see her friend at the hospital but Imno sure its a good idea.

Right flying wise it will be done later. Im doing my meeting and greeting then going to DDs.

poohbear59 Hope you are resting today.

    Serena Well done your DS2:T

    Mudbath hope appointment goes well.

    justamum Huge hugs for you.

pigpen Thanks. Just cant stop thinking bout him as he was at DDs every day.

All my washing is dry, folded and put away now. It's clouded over but it's very hot and humid. I've had a banging headache all morning and I've just given in and taken some paracetomol.

Got the back grass cut and edged, the front looks OK to me, it never grows as fast out there.
