Pixie: The CallCredit report isn't worth worrying about for now. I didn't really with mine, but then not much showed up anyway.

Most companies look at Experian or Equifax, so get those reports and get anything wrong on those sorted.

The letters to correct info should get the creditors to place the correct info with whatever CRAs they report to, so once Experian/Equifax is sorted you will probably find that there is not much (if anything) left to do with the CallCredit report.;)

Does anyone know the address of First Direct's data control officer?

I know they are part of HSBC, but a search against them at the ICO database provides too many hits and I don't know which one is responsible for FD.

Goes to the group data controller for HSBC.

The Canada Square address I think?

Many thanks Fermi - if I were looking for info knowing what I now know about Call Credit I certainly wouldn't use them to check someone out :rotfl:

Although, to their credit they did send the information very quickly.
Will just wait for the others to see what they say then :D
    Many thanks again

Payment History: Lots of little numbers but the default ( a red D ) will be in March 2006 and the Settled ( a green S ) will be in November 2006.

Does a default date need to be included, these are blank ? On the files that have been cleaned the dates (date satisfied) are not correct, some are a month after my BR...? Will it really matter?
:D MOVE ALONG........ nothing to see here..!
