BF I am off to Tunisia in 4 weeks and you know the situation I have just been in. Booked and paid for before i had my LB moment. We are all on here for the same reasons. You tell us all about you hols before and after. I could have paid off two of my debts with £1500 holiday and spends and clothes has cost me. I am not sure how you may feel about this, but this has made me a stonger a person and allthough i would rather not have the debts. I dont feel bad about them, i will pay them off and save and learnt valubale life lessons.

Thanks Jo:o I agree with you, I am so so happy we are going now, and really looking forward to it. And besides, I'll be rested refreshed and ready to come back and attack those debts when I return... may even get a Saturday job:rotfl:

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
    Hi Girlies,

Not much happening here just now, the shop is quiet, I think this street as a whole is totally dead, all the shopkeepers are complaining. Oh well, just need to take the rough with the smooth I suppose.

I've to go and register with another agency tonight, she says that she has 2 or 3 jobs that might be for me, but I'll just wait until I get there and see what happens. That one last week said that I would almost certainly get the job............ I didn't, but it's their loss. I was that angry once I thought about it, I dropped the guy a line, (they had said I wasn't technical enough???) Well, he read my CV which detailed my experience, so I don't know how it could have been a surprise to him when he asked me what I had done. The agency guy called me today spluttering, did you send a letter to the client, I don't think he has encountered anyone like me before, there's no harm in asking for feedback I think it's called using your initiative!!

He said, but I gave you feedback, I don't think telling someone they are not technical enough is good feedback, but there you go:p .

I might go for his job, maybe I would do it better than he can.

I think the job my ex boss has would probably be good but would mean around a 100 mile round trip everyday which is a lot. I'll see if I can dig anything else up first.

    Speak to you all later,

    SL x

PS, still 11st 4lbs, maintained no more losses just now, but eats haven't been that good, I am gobbling up a lot of junk at the moment (waits for bu** to get kicked).

Good for you Lynne - you are a lady who knows what she wants - impressive.

I on the other hand had this mental idea to start Bikram yoga but looked it up on you tube and it looks very very painful so \i have decided against it.

    Going to go swimming later.

Kmac, I am bubbling over with excitement about Egypt; I will post photos on FB when I get back and show you guys the link:D I get to go home in 50 minutes, wahoooo

I'm quite excited as well, although you get to go sooner than me dancing.gif but I'll get my piccies up on FB as well and we can compare beachfun.gif

20 mins left of my work... then I'm off for a meeting about a show that I'm maybe producing... then I'm off to actual rehearsals for a show I'm goin to be in. Then I've got a comedy show at the festival to go tonight (tix were free through work) so I'll eventually get home about 1am bed.gif

Aaaaaaaaahhh:mad: , I just lost the post I was writing....well I'll start again and I'm trying to be as quick as I can cos they're monitoring our web usage at work. I tried to read through all the posts but I'm quite rubbish at that and having being away for the week I didn't access a computer very often.

Icka - Thanks for your suggestions of exercise...I know what I'm meant to do - i just basically don't do it:o

BF - Your suggestions of a stepper is duly noted (I need a kick up the backs.d.) and I will be looking at the argos website and compare with others etc.

I haven't been updating with my food diary on a daily basis - but will do it when I feel it's necessary.

I'VE LOST 1.5lbs this week WHOOOOOOOOO :jHOOOOOOOOOOO I weighed myself this morning and using the first reading it gave me cos when I did it another 3 times it said I lost a pound more which would be 2.5lbs but I'm sticking with the first one.

This will make some of you sick. My Missis eats loads and loads; and I mean loads and she's a size 8!

Our food shopping bill is far more than it should be.

But she's a runner (I'm sure she suffers from OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder)), because she's got to train 6 days a week; and on a Sunday she'll do a 3 hour long run), and has to force herself to have a rest day.

In between she never stops cleaning/hooving/ironing! It's got to be OCD, though I'm no doctor.

But you should see our food bill!
