No way, really? Lemon oil! I will have to give that a go! I was expecting comments like 'pinch yourself repeatedly':rotfl:
DH walks the dog every day in the evening, so she gets the excercise she needs, this walk would be for me... hence the lack of motivation!:rotfl:Personal challenge: Do without as much as possible to pay off £12k by 07/2009!!!:T

HI Everyone
Im back - still feeling rubbish, but im back.
Had my first success with the bread maker on the weekend so instead of nasty shop bought bread i have lovely home made bread with smooth peanut butter for lunch mmmmmm.
Also i bought my breakfast to work with me today - i have been missing breakfast at home and then either not eating or buying something from the van - both very bad - so this morning i brought my little variety pack with me and munched away before 9 (another advantage is milk at work is free (well we pay £4 a month for all tea, coffee, squash etc)
Aside from that i had an amazing weekend with mates and OH and am really looking on the brighter side in terms of living. But i did spend the entire weekend thinking about food and money
Also - i didnt, but i very nearly smoked!!!!!!! (have given up for 3 months and 2 1/2 weeks but really, really wanted one on the weekend) am so glad i resisted but i was so close to giving in.
Anyone else having issues at the moment? You are all doing so well and seem so positive i think im gonna have to start taking a leaf out of your books!!!!!
Hope all are well.

Hi BF,
Could you and OH go for the dogs main walk together?
Just wondering cause it would mean you have double motivation if that makes sense

Well done Puzzled!
You forget that for us, we read of your acheivments, so you seem as upbeat as we do! e.g. well done on not smoking...
If it will help you to hear of my struggles/issues, I have pleeenty going round in my head at the moment:
sis's coming round later, will end up eating junk food, none of them know of debt so think I'm well off, will have to pretend. AgainDH having his hair cut, usually my mum does it, but I ask him to go to barbers once every 6 months. That's £15 down drain and wondering whether it's worth it? I want want want to borrow some money from petty cash to go and get some lunch, but know I will hate myself when I have to bring the money in tomorrow.... ooh there's a few to start off!! But I guess we just have to keep smiling, otherwise as you say; we'll end up thinking about food and money ALL the time, and that's no sort of life really - we have to smile and cut ourselves some slack
xxxx sending ya hugs xxxx

We have a routine where I cook the tea while he walks the dog then comes back and has a shower... if we both walked her together then tea wouldnt be ready until like 8pm and we both tend to get grouchy when hungry!!! xPersonal challenge: Do without as much as possible to pay off £12k by 07/2009!!!:T
