Hi Ruby and Buffy, Buffy stop lurking and join in we are all a bit mad.

Ok had terrible eating weekend. Woke up this morning had low fat yougart and Im off to the gym. Turned over a new leaf this morning. Holding my tummy in as I type. So today is going to be a good day.

Well done everyone for not going on the absolute mad one on booze over the weekend - all those extra calories. I have not had any for two weeks, this wedding better be worth it :rolleyes:

scroll to the top of the thread where it says 'Start here' in red.
The line above that has a button that says user CP - click on it
once you've clicked on it, it will bring up a page with options on the left
On the left is Control Panel.
Underneath that is Settings and Options
Underneath that is Edit Options - click on it
Scroll down through all the options, in box 3, 'Thread Display Options'
There are 3 tick boxes
Tick 'Show Avatars'

Then
Underneath Edit Options on the left
Is Edit Avatar - click on it
This will bring up a page; where it probably is ticked 'Do not use an avatar'
There is an option to tick 'Use Custom Avatar' tick it
Underneath that is a browse button. Click on it
That should bring up a box on your computer
Use that box to search for an image
Click on the image and then click 'Open' (or Insert)
That will take you back to the mse screen
Click on save changes

Try it!! Hope it works xx

BF - i guess mens clothes in larger sizes cost a bit more because men buy less clothes? Id say check ebay but i know it can be hard to tell with larger sizes if they are going to fit right or not until you try them.

Icky - enjoy the gym im envious of ur yogurt lol, my OH ate my last one on me yesterday and i dont go shopping till tomorrow or wednesday (:rolleyes: booooooooo).

Ok so this week ive really not stuck to my weigh yourself once a week rule ... i weighed myself this morning (so a day earlier than my tuesday weigh day) and im now *dun dun dun* 12 stone so thats the first 7lbs gone! (at bloody last!)

Well done Emmy, the weight loss is great!! You guys are really inspiring me to knuckle down now.

E-bay is a good idea, but yes, the problem being that if they dont fit you cant send em back. Also he's quite fussy (aint we all!). If he doesn't feel comfy in them he wont wear them.
When we got married I used to buy him something every occasion, now I dont bother, give him the money and we'll go choose something!!

Oooh hello, another FB pal

I'm singing in a concert... did one last Christmas... here's the album http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=46424&l=ce4c2&id=766091678 . Doing another one this year; I've got a solo.

In the pics above, you can see the extra weight on me, I am determined to have better arms and less of a belly this year! (Had first miscarriage day before concert last year, so did have a small excuse for being 13 stone:eek:)

ooh you learn something new every day! i didnt know you could sing! Just nosing through your facebook photos now hehe you have way more up than me mowahaha, i always untag myself as i hate current photos of me lol, can see lots of old ones of me but very few new ones. Wont be long before im happy having my photo taken again though
