ICKA thats fabulous to read. It does help to talk doesnt it ? I dont know what i would have done without you are. I agree it is a "Honour" to call all of you my friends too. I will be following in your footsteps now that i am solvent again. I am expecting a good weight loss this week, had no money for junk food
, but just proved to me that I can get through without it.

Hiya Puzzled, aaaaages since I caught you. How long has you £40 got to last you ? Well done with the thrifty meal. I am also in tonight, no tv though, I dont do tv, I do record some stuff and watch it at work though. Its catch up with everyone tonight for me and a couple of glasses of wine and then bubble bath, music and bed. Finished nights this morning and have not been to bed yet.

Hi all Am not aying as much as im trying to spend less time sat on my lazy !!! in front of the Comp. weighed today and ( using my scales not the docs) weight loss is now a total of 8 lbs!!! unfortunaely it feels like most of that has been lost from my boobs! ( the one place i did NOT want to get smaller!)
oh well i too am now in the lower stone bracket!! ( go piglet!!! woooo!)
right am off again. night all XI can only please one person a day.... Today is not your day. Tomorrow doesn't look good either!!very greatful for almost everything i read on MSE (except for the nasties!)0 -
Good morning
Sorry I didn’t get back on last night – Mr P was updating our virus software (you’d think he could do that when I don’t want to be chatting to you guys…!) so the computer was unavailable for MSE-surfing!
Anyway, just wanted to say…
Well done cmc on getting into the next stone down…Feels great, doesn’t it?!
Bargainfinder – excellent behaviour in Boots yesterday…wow, now that is controlled spending (or even non-spending!).
Nice one on the teatime spending yesterday, Puzzled. :T Re: the anniversary pressie, could you do homemade vouchers for Mr Puzzled (you can even find nice designs for them online)? You know the sort of thing – breakfast in bed, foot massage, cooking his favourite meal, cleaning the car (or any of “his” jobs that he would probably like a break from!)…the list is endless – they cost nothing and the only limit is your imagination!!!
Or perhaps make a photo album of your life together so far, either by scanning photos into the computer and printing off, or maybe trying to find a cheap photo album/scrapbook which you could customise. Will try and think of some more v. cheap/free ideas…
Icka, thanks for the tummy toning tips – since my op last year I have had no tummy tone at all (they chopped straight through the muscles and I have no feeling there now, and it’s the part of my body I hate the most because it is so horribly mis-shapen now!), so I am going to give your hints a go and see how I get on! Well done on all your other achievements in the last few weeks, too – you’re showing real determination and I’m sure you’ll succeed because you’re so motivated.
Jo, how did you get on with the takeaway last night? We were naughty and had a Chinese, but I stuck to Chicken Chow Mein which was within my WW points, and it wasn’t too expensive (and my extra hours at 2nd job today will more than cover the cost, so its not as bad as it might have been…:o).
Right – enough waffle from me! Hope you all have a good day, and I’ll speak to you later…
