Well visitors gone back to London. So its back to normal for me.
Weigh in yesterday lossed a lb. :j I have been reading about the benefits of drinking water. It appears is "magic" stuff helps you lose weight and de-fuzz your brain. So plan for today.
Go Wilek picking ( you all may know them better as winkles) on the rocks at our local beach. So plenty of bending and stretching there.
Drink less coffee and more water, help with the weight loss, de -fuzz the brain and flush out the nasties.
Take "Tara" for a walk. Promised "Emmylou" i would, promised "Tara" too.
Hope you all have had a Fab weekend, talk to you all later. Going for breakfast now. Talking of breakfast, I need advice. "they " say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, i except there reasoning for this, but i am never ever hungry when i get up. So do I force myself to eat it ? I eat enough as it is, without forcing myself to eat when not hungry. And here is a confession coming up. I very very rarely feel hungry I just eat because i like food. if I could just eat when I was hungryId be sorted.
Big hug for all

Good Morning everyone!!
It's nice to have the thread back to normal size, that page was weird!!
Hi ruby, nice to have you with us
CMC & Icka, - well done on the weight loss!!:T
Sooo.... I may have been good on Fri.. but the good intentions went out the window when I went home, and instead of throwing the pizza away.... ok I ate it:o .. HOWEVER... the only reason it was there was because I hadn't eaten it all the night before (6 slices, I only ate 3!) So I ate the remaining 3 slices plus 2 of garlic bread; but that's all I ate, and it was the weekend:rolleyes: so I dont feel too bad about it:rotfl:
Saturday we had church outreach at the local park; and guess who ended up playing 4 games of rounders. We also have a disabled lady who cant walk; but she played to, she hit the ball and guess who ran for her..... So, I did not feel bad about the pizza at all!!!!! Also, the pizza meant I didn't have a takeaway, so it was a mse victory!:D
On Sat afternoon we went to get hubby some clothes for holiday... £91:eek:
As he is size 5XL, the clothes cost a bomb, and he needs shorts and t-shirts for holiday end of this week; so it had to be done; and the money was in the bank (well the overdraft:o ) so we were both ok with it, but I cant wait until he slims down into 'normal' sizes so his clothes are cheaper... how come we can get cheap women's clothes up to sizes 24+, but men cant:mad: very irritating:D
Then on Sunday afternoon I walked the dog for 2HOURS!! I'll also change my avvy so you can see her; Jo, your boxer is beeeooooootiful!
So, I did weigh myself; but it was on Sunday evening after all the weekend eating, and I had put on another pound... but I expected that as usually I weigh myself on a Saturday morning. So this week I am continuing the exercise so I can feel good in my swimming cossy on holiday!
I was watching the olympic swimming.... hate all those women for their gorgeous tanned bodies:rotfl:
