Hey Girlies
You leave for two days and everything had happened. Oh Where to start
Jo you did so so well lasting until pay day and you learned a valuable lesson and taught me one too about having an emergancy fund.
BF you are not getting fatter, you are on the right track. Clothing is so badly tailored these days as they are all made in sweat factories that nothing fits anyone properly. you are lovely and its the awfully made clothes not you.
Piglet I do the exact same thing hide my food in a drawer at work and eat at my desk its a nervous thing is stupid but its the exact same as you.
Tess honey if you need to do exercise the best thing to do is When you are in the kitchen in the morning and clearing up after breakki or doing dishes etc put on the radio if you have one and have a dance. Its a fantastic way to get the heart pumping and dance is one of the best forms of exercise there is because it moves the whole body.
Another brilliant way to tightened your tummy is. No matter what you are doing, driving, cooking, cleaning, reading, watching tv - suck in your tummy muscles in about 30% so you can still breath and you are still comfortable. If you do this as often as you remember your tummy will gradually begin to retain its tone.
Lynne hon if I had of know you had an interview I would have sent you some mock interview questions - sorry babe
Ok as for me, spend the night with the BF he eventually came home from a golf trip it was very strained and very weird and Im annoyed as we ordered in a big Dominos pizza and I ate it. Now I feel sick and I know it undid all my good work
Going to the gym this evening see can I sort somethingThread softly becuase you thread on my dreams0 -

Budget: a mathematical confirmation of your suspicions.0 -
Thanks CC. He is a really lovely guyand Im totally in love with him, Im just realy insecure as I would be moving into his house with his furniture and basically his life. I have nothing to offer him. Maybe I have such low self esteem that Im trying to push him away (she looks to one side and thinks, OMG thats probably it). Why do women do that. Why do we cause fights when we feel insecure or not good enough?Thread softly becuase you thread on my dreams0

Hi Icka,
It all happened so quickly, I was at the interview before I knew it. I could do that job standing on my head and the guy decided that I wasn't technical enough, his loss!! I got quite  about it today though and I have sent him a very nice letter asking him if he could give me some feedback about the interview and what his thoughts were on it. That will give me some pointers for next time. It's funny, how does someone know what you are capable of after sitting with you for half an hour, they obviously don't.
If you could send me some mock questions for next time, that would be fantastic. Hope that everything gets better with OH, I'm okay on that score just now, just wish I wasn't so skint, it's skid row over here I'm afraid:p .
Take care,

Just back from town. I was soooooo good. But first things first. Thread is the same on my puter too. But hoping its just this page, as I have just been reading through last page and that was fine ?
Jo x1st January 2012 £2500 and 56lbs debts
22nd Oct 2014 £1500 and 42lbs debts0 -
Ok I'll make a post so that we can hopefully move to the next page.
Ok I dont know if you know I think I told you all but I moved back in with my parents about 200 miles out of city and back to country away from friends, H and Life basically. So that I could try to get a handle on my debt and try drastically to get my shape back and save some money for college.
Well its has been torture moving back but it was done for totally the right reason. Me and OH have nearly split up over it, he has no idea why I didnt move in with him and let him take care of everything. I just couldnt bring myself to be able to do that.
Anyway since moving home and meeting you guys great things have happened- I have lost a half a stone - :j :j (also come to the stark realisation that boys make you fat, - you get all comfy on the couch with them all snuggled up and all they want to do is eat crap and you just on the band wagon and if they are over wieght its so hard to break out of the all loved up and cuddley circle.)
- Joined the gym (Student membership only £1 per day), beginning to get fit and feeling less in my own head and not wanting to walk in front of a bus (not really but some days we all feel a little like that)
- Paid off one of my over drafts :T . Well that is amazing for me totally amazing (helps not paying rent I guess - thanks mum)
- Met some fantastic people who are so so supportive and kind and caring and I am honoured to call my friends
- Got off my bottom and actually started to do something about my finances/weight
Big Kiss

Just logging in quickly to report a loss of 2½lbs today, so I'm very happy as that takes me down into the next stone bracket! :j
Will be back on later once I've had a chance to catch up on the rest of today's threads...
Happy Weekend to all!!
